Flirty Fringe Hoop Earrings

In this fun video Kelly will be showing how to make a pair of fringe earrings using premade hoops. These earrings are quick and easy to make and have tons of color possibilities.

Thanks Kelly for another great project. Someone said you talk too much. I have watched every video you have put on UA-cam......every one! and you do NOT talk too much. The gems are the things that are shared when you are just talking. So everyone pay attention because she doesn't always emphasize the gems...... you have to catch them.
