Budget Roller Rebuild - Just Too Good to Scrap

I bailed on my initial rebuild attempt on this Vermeer mini skid steer triple roller because of pitting on the shaft. But the roller was just too good to throw away! So rather than use the $85 parts from Vermeer, I bought the cheapest parts I could and pressed them together… because why not try!
