Hiyaaaahhh!... But it's soooo good. If you do not like the chilies or jalapenos, you can always sub with thinly slices bell green, red or yellow peppers. 😋...
When all the pink is gone and the chicken is solid white. It also depends on the slice of chicken. Thin slices will fry-up quicker. @@sussybaka5322 hard to say, but Thai bird eye (red/green) chilies are close enough and commonly available. You should be adjusting based on local chilies available and spice tolerance anyways, I think some of these chilies used in UA-cam cooking videos are very regional.
@Odin son thanks for the help, I ended up not finding any chilies by me so I just had to use bell peppers. Next time I'll treck on to my Asian import mart

You can replace with something else. Maybe bell pepper? Those will offer a nice color but it's not spicy. Alternatively, you can also get rid of the seeds before putting in the chili. It's the seeds of the chili that gives the spiciness.
Alright, slow down, I'm still on the "cut with your left hand" step.

What can I replace cooking wine with. .? Vinegar. .?
Nothing rly duplicates it. You can leave it out in a recipe with this little. Its worth having. Mirin works as a dub. Dry sherry, too.
@@colekter5940 Nahh I can't use cooking wine dude. .. Not halal

Delish!
This will be far too saltyin flavor profile, use sugar for balance and to help caramelize.
Where is the mississipi water this.
Salt is need or not ?
Not considering the marinade and soy sauce.
But..... it's all to your liking.
Looks delicious. But isn't that too much soy sauce???
Can I make this chicken without the chili's? Ik stupid question lol but I can't handle spice
Yeah should taste pretty good. However i recommend some spice tolerance training 😂😂
@Sete Rauto oh is it not spicy at all? Idk I assumed it was spicy with those jalapeños...
@@arrowlilly5309 no no i meant u should train urself to eat spicier foods, the dish wont be spicy if there is nothing to give spice
Use less pungent variety of 🌶

Chicken from Mississippi river
😂😂
Your measurements says tsb (5ml) but you're clearly using tbsp (15ml) or larger. 😅
Chinese cooks usually don't use measurements, everything's eyeballed. You can adjust to taste anyway
@@niubilities yea I know, but that's not the point
Doesn’t matter because you shouldnt follow measurements on seasoning anyways
same feeling while i was typing this recipe. Tsp must be Tbsp imho
how long does it take to cook that chicken to kill salmonella?

What kind of chili peppers is being used?
小米辣椒
Looks like red chilie piquin (tabasco peppers)?
And thinly sliced jalapeno peppers. like one.
What the name of this dish ?
Chicken Stir Fry ?
Too much oil bro
Are those chillies not spicy like indians
If you use your right hand the dish does not come out as good
Jjj😅
Man forgot rice 😡
I was left handed anyway
Egg white will keep the breast meat whiter.😊
What kind of pepper does he use?
Probably white peppercorn powder
@Odin son oh I meant the type he used in this recipie, I can tell that's not bell pepper. I don't know what kind of chili pepper he used

Can find it all probably at wally-mart. Spices and dry chilie section.
Please tell what could be the alternative for cooking wine for this dish??
I think u could prob add vinegar
Cooking wine is pretty important. It won't taste the same without it. I think you can get shaoxing cooking wine online these days

I used rice vinegar for it
1-10 how spicy do you think that sucker is?

but you didn't put salt....
Usually light and dark soysauce has a lot of salt and oyester sauce has salt as well
Lol, do you have any idea how much salt there is in soy sauce?
Yup!
Too much soya sauce!!! Isn't it unhealthy?
Not the best as Asian chillies (especially the Sri Lankan ones ) are so spicy it burns
