Crepe:
120 g all purpose flour
24 g sugar
2 g salt
250 g fresh milk
24 g melted butter
1 tsp vanilla ( optional )
3 eggs
125 g hot water
Whipped Cream Filling:
360 g heavy cream
100 g powdered sugar
Filling:
2 to 3 mangoes
Topping :
2 mangoes
