In wild cubs, it's particularly pronounced as they need to keep from being found by such predators as sloth bears, brown bears, jackals, leopards, wolves, dholes, Asiatic lions and other male tigers (excluding their fathers) when their mother is out hunting. That Enzo and Diego would do it is normal.
Man, that tiger is almost as tall as your stove! it has to be scary having tigers as pets, but when it comes to exotic animals I believe as long as you can provide a nice home for them (large enclosure, diet, vet-care, enrichment) then anybody should be able to have any animal. I do enjoy it when exotic pet owners share videos of how destructive and wild these animals can be, that way people who should NOT get them will think twice!

They're 400+ lbs, and knowing cats do their own thing, you pretty much have to wait them out or tranquilize them, then you have more issues with moving them when they are out cold.

That footage of Enzo peeing in the pool is typical behavior of tigers. Tigers in the wild have a habit of peeing in water to hide their scent. In wild cubs, it's particularly pronounced as they need to keep from being found by such predators as sloth bears, brown bears, jackals, leopards, wolves, dholes, Asiatic lions and other male tigers (excluding their fathers) when their mother is out hunting. That Enzo and Diego would do it is normal.

Man, that tiger is almost as tall as your stove! it has to be scary having tigers as pets, but when it comes to exotic animals I believe as long as you can provide a nice home for them (large enclosure, diet, vet-care, enrichment) then anybody should be able to have any animal. I do enjoy it when exotic pet owners share videos of how destructive and wild these animals can be, that way people who should NOT get them will think twice!

Most people are not prepared to handle a Tiger and all that comes with it. They are beautiful but you can't reasonably have everything you want. Think about it. Size is definitely an issue, even if they are perfectly tame. Cats are gonna do cat things, and when you weigh 500 lbs instead of 15, well... that's just scary. A Caracal is about the upper limit for a feline housemate.

Sorry late response, Jamison brought this topic up (or similar), no, never. They're too big to control. They will take you for a walk. They're 400+ lbs, and knowing cats do their own thing, you pretty much have to wait them out or tranquilize them, then you have more issues with moving them when they are out cold.
I mean, I don't blame you for not knowing much about having a tiger as a pet, as I don't even know as well.
That would cause chaos, and the owner could go to prison. So no, he never walks his tigers.
I knew there had to be a catch. Enzo is a very friendly tiger who really likes people, but the downside is he'll just piss wherever he wants. lol
