Whenever I hit against the wall the shuttle either bounces randomly or doesn’t return straight, I think it might differences in materals of the wall making it weird
It's a shame that all the wall il my apartment are not flat so the shuttle comes back with too much hazard.. impossible to do this exercise at home for me 😂
@@CapyBadminton the line is imaginary where the net is. But in this drill since you are standing quite close to the wall. If the shuttle is flying in an upward trajectory then if you hit in that box area right below the line. In a realistic situation where you are standing further from the net, it will actually pass over the net.

From my opinion and experience, try to see how much shuttle bounce back then stand where it start to drop down

my badminton court's wall is made out of metal sheet so it's extremely low so i limit my wall training alot :(
