I'm an online member too - I am overseas so have never been to a group. I like the app, and between your content (thank you!), the Zoom calls (often the recordings rather than live, due to time difference) and the podcast, I am enjoying being a member. Those scales look amazing - you can almost know too much but I'm a data freak! Well done on your loss and progress.

Have you heard about the salad jars? They are raving about them at my group,, basically you prep your salad and put in an air tight jar,, can do 4 at a time and they keep fresh for 4 days in the fridge, so thats four days meals sorted ( i dont mind salads for four days straight lol,,
The salad goes in the jar in a particular order,, i think it's the dressing first , ( im not sure if there on the App ) but the stuff goes in the jar in a particular order they were saying how good it was when your a busy mum,, can switch it up and have four different salads,, I'm going to give them a try this week ive got mason jars so ill be using them, i thought I'd just tell you,, as you might like to give them a go,, let me know if you do and what you think,, or may be do a video making one xx

Thank you carol! I have seen these jars floating around the internet. They look lovely but I’m not a huge fan of salads. I might need to jazz them up a bit and I may enjoy them then. I think they are worth giving a try.

Yes 💪 go girl! I weigh on a Friday morning. I am doing it with my friends and we have a WhatsApp group where we put our results on. Though.....I did put on 6lb over the holidays and I've managed to lose 3 back hahaha! Another 3 to go! You may appreciate comments, but we appreciate the time you take to make and edit videos ❤ well done again 😊 x

WOW 🎉 Danielle you are beaming, you've really done so well this week and I'm so pleased for you. Due to having mobility issues and other health problems I find I can't exercise so my muscle mass is probably quite low. I have weak bones and I really should be exercising but I do find it painful. I'm in the situation of wanting to go swimming but I'm too embarrassed about how I look, I know swimming would be good in my situation because it doesn't put pressure on my joints and spine. Those scales do look interesting and the app seems very helpful. It seems to give you a better view of how you're improving with your weight loss and gives the information of everything you need to know about the health benefits. Could you possibly share what foods you ate this week to get your amazing weight loss please? Good luck with the week ahead and keep that beaming smile, kind regards Angeline ❤️
Thank you Angeline! I can imagine it’s very difficult and frustrating for you. Swimming sounds like a brilliant idea. Maybe see if there are some quieter times at the pool. I know it can be daunting but once you’ve been a few times it will become just routine.
