This could become My new "morning blend" LMBO, it really does sound Very tasty. I Love Phil's facial expressions he's just TOO DARN adorable 🥰 Yall are precious people Leisa 🤗🥰🙏 Kendra
I agree about it becoming a "morning blend"! All my favorite flavors together. BTW, I have had coffee beans soaking in vodka for about 2 years now. All I would need to find is salted caramel alcohol.🤗
I've just watched the Phil's Thirsty Thursdays. You have some wonderful sounding moonshines. I'm not much of a drinker. But I think I'll try a few of these on my adult kids when we get closer to the holidays.
I absolutely love Thirsty Thursdays. 😍 Since there's so much octane in this one, I wonder if it would work to leave out the Salted Caramel liqueur and add a little salt and brown sugar instead, for the salted caramel flavor. Oh darn, it might take me a few tries to get it right. Thanks so much for the fun inspiration and CHEERS! 😄🥃
the curdling reminds me of a shot that a friend of ours used to make (he was always the "bartender" at any of the neighborhood parties) called the "Cement Mixer" it had Baileys in it & i can't remember what all else...but it would curdle like that too...lol
Sorry i missed this but have been fighting a local store closing all week and am exhausted with contacting people about it. I have never heard of soaking coffee beans. Can you explain that? This one sounds good too. Bet that will keep you awake but may try this. Sounds good. Thank you.
Thanks for the great idea Phil! I've been wondering what I should do with this pound of Death wish coffee I got for Christmas! But I think I will 'ferment' mine until just before Halloween, since it's 'Death Wish' coffee. I'm thinking that when I strain the beans to let them dry out in the oven or dehydrator, grinding them then making the coffee from that. Have you tried drying your beans and then making your coffee from them? I also have some rum extract and some caramel extract that I think I will use instead of the caramel liquor that you used. I think I'll do a spiced Rum instead Sounds Devilishly delish! Lolololol!!!!
Wanted to ask how to store this. Refrigerate, pantry? And how long of shelf life? Relative manages liquor store. But need info on storing and time frame.
Do you have a video of you making the alcoholic coffee beans? Or do you have a recipe on how to make it? What alcohol did you use with the coffee beans?
So, it's an alcoholic "beverage"?....like a dessert Cordial?...... I watched because I was looking for Saunders Sauce, a delicious Homemade hot fudge sauce for ice cream. I'm 75 And have NEVER tasted anything like it.....I was 6 when Gram took me to Saunders ice cream parlor in downtown Detroit 💖
Sipping Elderberry Bounce and watching. What fun.

Oh boy!!
Better Phil than me.
Thirsty Thursday-😊
What about freezing it??? For longer life??? I wonder if in a blender would help with curdles???
Ole Smoky Tennessee whiskey has a really good Salted Caramel. It’s not not creamy, just clear. I use it to make similar to white Russians.
Damnit Phil, I can feel a lushitus coming on. Sounds like a face melter. Oh ya, tiny sips are for sissies, man up and knocker down.

Be Cool 😎 I LOVE thirsty Thursday!! What can be better than coffee, caramel and salt? Oh yes... A little Alcohol 🥃🎉.

Refrigerator for 2 weeks or freezer for 2 months
Lol... loved this! 😆☕️
Do you have a video of you making the alcoholic coffee beans? Or do you have a recipe on how to make it? What alcohol did you use with the coffee beans?
I would love for you to try a recipe with a zero sugar soda and a monkfruit type granulated sugar or some type for low carb options.
You had me at Carmel !
I'm not a coffee drinker so I'll have to pass on this one. But I have a friend I'm sharing this video with.
Phil sticks the spoon in and pulls out a smoldering handle LOL
Make coffee with them!
Oh snap, that looks delicious 🤤
What did you soak your coffee beans in? Guess it could be anything
150 proof vodka
Any particular coffee bean?
