Enjoying these rocking episodes with Phil and you!! This is great, and you are so sweet together. Thank you for sharing these moments with us. Lots of love!!
I am really enjoying these Thirsty Thursdays with Phil! I'll be the spare fridge is stocked with holiday gift giving goodness! You all are going to make some people very happy this season! Enjoy!
I'm going to have to try to make the second batch. I don't like mine too sweet and the dark pumpkin look to it just looks delicious. When i made my apples pie moonshine i boiled the lids then screwed them on put the jars into the fridge for 2 hours, it seals itself that way then i took them out of fridge and and store them on them self.
So many choices coming at us!! But I love this Thursday segment, Phil is rocking this segment and I am going to be making all of the Thursday moonshine recipes for gifts this year!! They will be a hit for certain!! 💥
I’m so happy! With Phil’s Apple Pie Moonshine and now his Pumpkin Pie Hooch, I’m not going to have to bake pies this Thanksgiving! You rock, Mr. Sutton! ❤
Oh my gosh you guys, you are ADORABLE! I'm not much of a liquor drinking person, but I have to admit, that if in the event of an apocalypse, punkin liqour should be available to everyone! Therefore, we should ALL make this, yes?
I too am enjoying these Thirsty Thursdays will Phil and you. The pumpkin puree one is the one I will be making. I will be using an alternate Vodka as we cannot get either the ever clear or the other one Phil is using. I gift my neighbors different things I canned during the season, especially the spicy jams, peppers and salsa. One of our neighbors brews her own beer and another neighbor makes the worlds best caramel pecan popcorn. All will go deliciously with the Pumpkin Pie Moonshine. 😏 Thanks so much for sharing.
Do butterscotch!!! Have we done butter scotch yet? Did I miss it? Do butterscotch… Do butterscotch! Lol. [Now exiting my overly-excited child-like demeanor and returning to normal adult operations]🤣
Omg...I purchased all ingredients for this shine, going to make the puree version. I have a request for Phil, can he make a maple syrup moonshine for us ??
Already loved your channel, but absolutely adore these Thirsty Thursdays :) I'm looking forward to the Christmas shine :D Also, do you guys have a Strawberry Rhubarb for the spring? One of the girls I work with sometimes makes it. I have not gotten a taste test, but she said it is so delicious too. Cheers from Up North Wisconsin!
Sorry, Phil, I just can't do pumpkin. Can't stand pumpkin spice coffee and rest they toss at us!! Pumpkin belongs as squash or pie!! Still giving thumbs up.
Several years ago I had to pick up a relative who's car had broken down and were at a bartending class, the teacher was on the last segment and said to just stay, she was discussing cream liquors and said not to mix them with acidic ingredients and certain liquors because they would curdle and not be safe to drink as the cream liquors contain milk, cream, you may want to look into that, I didn't pay much attention after that as she then was giving instructions what and how to mix certain drinks. But when I saw what Phil's drink looked like that popped into my head.
Holy mackerel, did you buy another refrigerator? I have an orange cream liqueur in the process, it should be ready to work on the next step on Saturday. Soak oranges sliced thin, in vodka. Let sit 3 days. Then boil milk and sugar, simmering for 30 mins. Cool. strain oranges out of vodka, add milk mixture to vodka. That’s it! If you want the recipe amounts, let me know.
Phil looks like an old moonshiner with that beard. All he needs is the brown jug. :) You wasted the pumpkin liquor because it curdled - that one looks nasty.
Liesa, If these are stored in a cool dark room, how long will they keep? I would imagine the alcohol would preserve them for a bit, but I just have no idea.
I suspect that the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) has Phils name on a list and are checking to see if he owns an 1940 Ford Coupe and then drives at high speed after dark making frequent stops at out of the way places.
There's a pumpkin cream liqueur?!! Trip to BevMo in the near future... Love the sprouts action on the windowsill.
Omgosh this looks good, as they all do. I just wish they stored longer.
Yay!! More joy juice for Turkey day!! Thanks Phil!!
Another delicious brew and my favorite pie is also pumpkin!! Thank you Phil. Blessings from north central Wisconsin.

Maybe whiz it up in the blender/stick blender for those who don't wanna heat it up?
The ingredients together sounds delicious. Thanks for sharing. 🥰🙏👍🎃🌻🐿🍂🍏🍁🍎✝️

Great idea!
Does the one with pumpkin purée need to be kept in the fridge or is the alcohol enough to preserve it?
Fridge
Boy, vodka has come along way with so many flavors to choose from.

Do you keep it refrigerated in the mason jars or is it shelf stable????
Refrigerator
This looks fun to do. How long would this last in a cool location? Root cellular vs. Frig.
I couldnt say, we've never tried it

I know this comment is old, but I'm interested
Is there Brown Sugar in the cold mixed batch? I thought you said there was, but I didn't see him add any....
There is

Couldn’t you blend the Purée and cider without heat in a blender?

To the best of my knowledge, these need to be refrigerated. Not for long term storage. Phil says they last a year in the fridge
What is that silver thing behind Phil
Berkey
It’s a water purification thing? Right? I ve heard you all talk about that. Thanks
How big is the bottle of whipped cream vodka
fifth
What is the full recipe for the pumpkin purée recipe

LOL
Where is the S P A M Moonshine???
Hahahaha
Refrigerate or set in cool dark basement???
Refrigerator
don't be putting pumpkin anything in the coffee that is so wrong LOL
How long do they last on the shelf or do you have to keep them in the fridge?
a year
@@SuttonsDaze I'm not sure if would last through the winter....it looks like it would warm quite a few noses and toes. 😉🤣😂
