- Hello everyone! Today I cooked eggs and tortilla. I love making tortilla and eggs for breakfast. Delicious and simple! Egg tortilla. Just pour the egg on the tortilla. Tortilla Egg Recipe:
1 tomato.
1/4 onion.
1/2 green pepper.
50 g of cheese (according to your taste).
Salt.
Pepper.
2 eggs.
Vegetable oil.
4 slices of ham.
2 Tortillas.
Cheese for sandwiches.
And more cheese.

So many variations are possible. You could even substitute a good, chunky salsa - homemade or from a jar - for the chopped vegetables.
