- 30 Min Home Barre Workout | Fun Tone & Sculpt | Low Impact
This 30 minute intermediate level barre class workout is designed to sculpt and tone your whole body. This is one of my favourites, and I know you'll also love this 30 min barre class! The only equipment you will need is a yoga mat, a barre or a chair, kitchen counter or balcony railing to act as your barre! A solid barre is preferable, but not essential.

• 30 Min Home Barre Work...
This barre class is a 30 minute, at home barre workout. It is a barre class workout designed as a full body workout with some cardio workout too. It can give you toned legs and a ballerina body, and improve your cardio fitness. This online barre workout is a barre workout for home, where an online workout is the best option. This barre class workout for fast results, will give you a barre workout challenge. It is similar to ballet, pilates, pilates barre, ballet barre and a ballet barre workout.

This was a good workout to achieve productive mind-body focus on those hips and glutes. I also liked doing push-ups and tricep work on the Barre instead of the mat -- much easier on my arthritic wrists. Thanks as always for a lovely session, Andrea!
