Two Iowa-based brewers sue over new hemp law

Climbing Kites and Field Day Brewing, two Iowa based companies that make THC infused beverages, are suing the state over Iowa's new hemp law that limits how much THC can be in their drinks.
They filed the lawsuit against the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services and are also now asking for a preliminary injunction. The lawsuit claims the law is unconstitutional and that the department doesn't have the authority to make its own interpretations of the law.
