Tornado touches down in Eastern Iowa Tuesday

A tornado that touched down Tuesday near Ely has been rated an EF0 by the National Weather Service.
The tornado moved very slowly and caused crop damage near Ivanhoe Road. It snapped large tree limbs and power pole near there too.
