    1 cup of oatmeal, 2 apples and 2 carrots I haven't eaten sugar for a year! You must try it! You will definitely love the taste. ✌🏻🥰
    Recipe for cooking and ingredients:
    Oatmeal - 100 gr. (1 cup / 3.5 oz).
    Grind in a blender.
    2 carrots.
    2 apples.
    70 ml. (¼ cup / 2.4 fluid ounces) water.
    Grind in a blender.
    Add sweetener to taste, I have stevia.
    40 gr. (1/3 cup / 1.4 oz) dried apricots.
    100 gr. (½ cup / 3.5 oz) raisins.
    Pour cold water for 15 minutes.
    2 eggs.
    10 gr. (0.35 oz) baking powder.
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
    Mix.
    Dry the dried fruits.
    Add the dried fruits.
    Mix.
    Grease a 16 cm diameter mold with olive oil.
    Place the mixture in the mold.
    Bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C (360 °F) for 50 minutes.
    20 g almonds. (1/5 cup / 0.7 oz)
    20 g walnuts. (1/5 cup / 0.7 oz)
    Toast the nuts a little in a frying pan.
    Chop the nuts with a knife.
    30 g white chocolate without sugar. (1/3 cup / 1 oz)
    Melt in a water bath.
    Add 1.5 tablespoons of yogurt.
    Mix.
    Decorate the cake with cream.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
    Two tablespoons of vitamin tea (composition: blackberry, rose hips, lemon balm, lavender, thyme, mint, hawthorn, rose).
    Pour boiling water over.
    Let stand for 7-10 minutes.
