When everyone was saying it’s soooooo creamy i was like 😪 that means it’s def gonna crease on me But i have a creasing trick that works for me. I apply it let it settle blend out where it settled in my creases with my finger then set. I get a way better wear
I must have watched about 50 Fenty concealer reviews. I've noticed women are using the Fenty powder using their old habits and complaining that it creasing under the eyes and is cakey. But, when I watched Rihanna's video and her makeup artist video I notice they did it differently than most influencers. Also, I noticed Rihanna was brilliant with matching concealed to her foundation. The match is the exact match of what your highlighted areas would be if there were real mild daylight on that area. Certainly, if some want more light on that area she can go lighter. That's going to be the new standard in concealers to highlight, it's no longer going to be random to catch the appropriate light to highlight. Watch!!!!
I have tried it the suggested way and it doesn’t work FOR ME. You have to do what works for you after the suggested way doesn’t. I used about 3 dots and my fingers and it creased. I tried not setting. I’ve tried setting. I’ve tried with primer. Without primer. 😂😂😂😂 everyone’s skin is just different and there is not a 1 size fits all for any makeup product
I appreciate your take and review on this, most reviews seemed axx kissy contest and over the top ,rushed,and not really thoroughly adequate on details. Definitely getting concealer, no powders, and gonna get this new shade 445 ,If that shade doesn't work for me I'm over it lol.
I had the same issue but tried again. Use a moderate amount of concealer and use the corresponding powder with a very light dusting. That seemed to do the trick for me!
I’m just tried on the concealer a few hours ago and it creased like crazy! She only put a thin layer on me and I looked old and tired😞 but surprisingly the powder looked very nice! I have honey on one side and hazelnut on the other and they both look good

I think the issue is to not use so much and applying a good setting powder in a timely manner. The colors are great, but I think the shine and crease resulted b.c. of overabundance, and lack luster setting powder. I'm gonna try the concealer as a skin match and use my go to Mac studio fix powder and see how that turns out. Great review

Ooooh this is a great review. Your skin is so freakin flawless! I felt the same as you did about the powders but in reverse. I love the concealer I'm using now (Born This Way Too Faced) and didn't wanna cheat on it. LOL! So I only picked up the powder. I like it.
I'm afraid to try the concealer I'm in LOVE with too faced multi sculpting but I feel like fenty may have a better shade match but if the formula isn't as good as too faced I may be upset
I am a 410 in the foundation BUT did not know that she (FENTY) has a powder.. Is it a pressed powder or a loose powder? I purchased the contour in Truffle today and LOVE IT!!!
Hey C Key, I adore you and appreciate how you keep it real on your videos!! Have to say after trying the FENTY foundation, more than once, I'm simply NOT a fan so I'll avoid the concealer as well. I've also watched numerous video reviews on it and concluded that it's really not for mature/aging skin or dry skin. I LOVED how it looks when you first apply it... but it's quite deceiving! Within 1 - 2 hrs of wear, it starts to do some strange things to your skin. It appeared that I had creases and wrinkles where I don't normally have them. It looked like it aged my skin. Young teens & 20 somethings, or those with oily skin loved the foundation as that first impression on application is maintained for hours. Unfortunately, the outcome looks like a cruel magic trick for the rest of us.
I'm 400-410 in the foundation and on 1/11 I ordered the 370 concealer and the Hazelnut powder. I love the 370 concealer shade but I think I will get 380 also one day as well as the Cashew powder. :) Hazelnut is great for my all over face but I want to get Cashew to mix with for my under-eye.
Concealers are gorgeous i just use a little under my eyes and it's flawless I wear shade 420 and 400 in foundation and the loose powder in shade cashew is beautiful I used it in the store in my tzone and it blurr3d my face giving it a filter look the girl then gave me a compliment at th3 register not knowing I put the powder on i bought a back up powder... I swatched the banana powder it looked ashy in my opinion
You are my foundation twin, and I agree that I would like the foundation to be just a tad bit less Oompa Loompa. It looks fine in me, but it’s not exact. Fortunately, I love the formulation.
They put me in 420 foundation looks okay at home in mirror but I swear when I'm out and get a look see at my self I look orange so I'm afraid to try the new concealers and powders but I want to.
It does crease. It says creaseless but that’s not true. I tried it too and thought I was doing something wrong. Nope. Creasing all up under my eyes. Riri let us down on that part.

Yeah her powders are hit or miss. I used a VERRRRY thin layer when I did my review on my channel and it lasted me about 7 hours. Used the same exact technique on my mom and she creased after 3-4 hours. Definitely depends on the skin, but it's really not worth taking a risk of paying $38 for if it be a complete fail.
You are THE BOMB.COM. Thank you soooooo much for this posting. I am 370 and I had been wondering what concealer I need. Seems like Riri worked it out. I'll start with 370 concealer. I am currently working on decreasing the size of my eye bags. They look like Glad Hefty bags. Lol!
Oddly enough, the circles aren't dark. They're just ever-present. It's a bone structure thing, from my mother's side of the family. They all have bags.
C Key update: I just wore the concealer with another foundation and I had the same creasing as you in the video. It wasn’t as bad but noticeable to me up close. I’ll keep trying it with other foundations before I decide to keep it. Since you liked the powder so much I may try it out.
I have tried this 15 million different ways and cannot get it to not crease. I am so disappointed bc the shade is perfect and the consistency is beautiful but the wear for me is not good at all. :(
I tried it in the store and thankfully it didnt crease on me. They didnt have the color I wanted the girl used a waaay too light color on me so I have to go back.
@@CkeyBeauty lol i know your not suppose to match a foundation with your hands. However your neck color n hands are almost the exact same color. So from what am seeing u can just immediately tell 400 isnt your shade thats all.

You have deep creases in your under eyes it’s concealer not a iron let’s be fair 🤦🏾♀️ not to mention you used a little more than recommend and caked on multiple products even after applying one layer went back in with more

So check it out, this is how I regularly apply my makeup and I LOVE it, so if this doesn't perform the way my regularly used products do it heyyy what can I say. Yeah, I agree with you. Her artist reccomends to layer it lightly and build. But I noticed many people using it like a Tarte Shape concealer.

Kia Jonsey when it creases you just go over it with the sponge then apply your setting powder. I got mad compliments on my makeup. It’s perfect

I didn't have any creasing that much. It worked pretty well with me. There's a trick to applying concealer to avoid creasing.

I agree with Dee! You can’t go overboard with the powder, a very light dusting!

I got creasing when I first tried it so the next time I let the concealer sit a little a dry down and that did it.. No creasing

For brightening I say try 340 or 350 in the concealer.

Took me three trips to Sephora to get my right shade. I am happy to say Jc Penny’s Sephora got it right, I am 380. It’s my skin in a bottle.

I think it’s the powder that is making the concealer turned out creasing.
I use this powder all thee time and it doesn't crease this bad with my other concealers, but I will try a different technique. Not giving up on it yet
