How To Convert PS2 Bin & Cue Files To Iso

- Hello in this tutorial video i will be showing you how to convert ps2 bin & cue files to iso so that your game will work on your jailbroken console (PS3&PS2) or using a emulator on your pc. Hopefully this works for you as this method worked for me.

Not sure if anyone's said this already, but If it crashes when trying to select the target folder after selecting the file, do it the opposite way first. In other words select the target location first and then select the cue file. No issues after that.

If anyone is having trouble and the app keeps crashing while choosing the output folder then copy the output path in file explorer and paste it in the app instead of choosing it which makes the app crash. After pasting make sure to add ".iso" after the path you just pasted with NO spaces. Works like a charm.

i did it but it freezes the convert proces in the last it what do i do?
@@ShadowSlimeDEV ok, when you choose the path where the converted iso file should go then don't choose it by its buttons on the app. Go to file explorer and go to the folder where you want the converted file to be. Then, put your cursor on the line which says C/: type stuff and copy it all and then paste it in the app where it asks for the output location :)

Very useful - I found that I needed to use the 64-bit version for my PC, otherwise the software would crash. Anyone that has issues with crashing should try that. Thanks!
i figured out that trying to select an output path crashed the system, so i just copied and pasted from the input path and changed the extension to iso and clicked convert. ez fix.

Everytime I use the second tab it automatically closes winbin without me converting it. Anybody else have the same problems?
Just write the Path of the export iso-file manually like "c:\exportpath
ameofgame.iso" then click on convert

Select the target folder than the source folder

If the this application is CRASHING for you then do this steps:
1. Open the app
2. Choose a target first, AND NOT THE SOURCE FIRST
3. Then choose the source you want
4. Convert them and boom!!!
See? Just select the target first, and it won't crash.
Crashing for you too after selecting the Target?
Download the older version 1.64 and it does work for you again! I had the same issue :)

For some reason mine was just creating a 'file' rather than the ISO even though ISO is the only option to convert it to. If that happens just type .ISO at the end of the target file name and it should work

you most likely need to download the 64 bit version if your running on 64 bit device you can literally just search up "winbit2iso(64 bit)" and you'll find it

did not work for me.i am trying to covert a .bin file into .iso for pcx2.
every time i use this program, it instantly stops responding when i choose a target destination for the rom so this program wont work for me. can someone please help me?
use the 64bit version of WinBin2Iso or you can manually type the target path
In my computer (Ryzen 5600X) the 64 bit version that they pointed out in the comments did the conversion in 4 seconds for a 670 MB file , 😊

When trying to open the Iso, it says "File not found. Path: IsoFileSystem"

This does not work. When I convert the PS2 blue discs to a BIN file with the program ImgBurn, the BIN file is much smaller then a normal ISO file from a game disc. Crash Bandicoot for instance is around 512K after converting the BIN file to a ISO file. My other game which work are around 2 to 4 gb big!

I am using version 3.41 and when I get to the save part after opening target, the program just closes every time, I'm gonna try a older version if I can find one, otherwise I'm looking for another app

It seems not to work, when there are more than one *.bin files.
You'll need to compress the multiple .bins into one then run it through Winbin. CDmage does this really well.
