Will a house like this have air conditioning or is cross ventilation enough?
I'm building a house and the way I've designed it, I've left all kinds of cross ventilation. Cross venting is enough for comfort. But sometimes the neighbors burn garbage or make noise and it might be nice to have an airtight house which doesn't let in noise and stink...
