Sirs... My mother is holding 7.5 acres cashew garden. This plot (7.5) was received after parting off excess land of 10.5acres(18-7.5). This was done after verdict by HC as well as Taluk Land Board. But the same my mom cannot enjoy till now as her sister had gone to court.. civil. The court order was in our favour but then they have appealed to HC. We are paying tax and docs are computerised after proper verification. Even more.. there are HCourt judgements and Taluk LB order that this property is owned by my mom.But the original Docs are missing. We have to measure the plot also as encroachments may have taken place as we cannot look after it. Can ur team please help us out?
Please help us out by putting an end to this harassment so that we can save the property from deterioration and start developing it. Litigation has been going on for the past 10-15 years as it's an usual phenomenon as far as our legal procedures (civil) are concerned!

സാർ, എന്റെ 33സെന്റ് സ്ഥലത്തിലേക്ക് 3മീറ്റർ വീതിയിൽ ഒരു വഴി ഇട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഈ വഴി ഏകദേശം 11/2സെന്റ് ഉണ്ട്. ഈ എന്റെ 33 സെന്റിലേക്കാണ്. ഈ സ്ഥലത്തിലേക് വരാനുള്ള വഴി. 10കൊല്ലം മുൻപ് സ്ഥലം വാങ്ങിയപ്പോൾ കുണ്ടും കുഴിയും ആയിരുന്നു. നടക്കാൻ പോലും പറ്റാത്ത വഴി. ഞാൻ അത് സ്ഥലം വാങ്ങിയപ്പോൾ തന്നെ കോൺഗ്രീറ്റ് വഴിയാക്കി. 10കൊല്ലത്തിനു ശേഷം ഞാൻ വഴി ഉയർത്താൻ ശ്രമിച്ചു (വഴി താഴ്ന്ന നിലയിൽ ആയി. അയൽവാസി വഴിയോട് ചേർന്ന് അയാളുടെ വീടിന്റെ ചായ്പ് ആസ്ബസ്റ്റോസ് പണി ചെയ്തു )ഇത് കാരണം വണ്ടി കൊണ്ടവരുന്നതിന് സൗകര്യം കുറഞ്ഞു. അപ്പോൾ അയൽവാസി പറയുന്നു വഴി ഉയര്താൻ പറ്റില്ല അവരുടുയും കൂടി അവകാശം ഉണ്ട് എന്ന്. അപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ ആധാരം നോക്കിയത്, അതിൽ എഴുതിയത്. വഴിയിൽ കൂടി വാഹനഗതാഗതം നടത്താം, കേബിൾ, എലെക്ട്രിസിറ്റി, മറ്റും അവകാശമുണ്ട് എന്ന്. ഈ വഴിയുടെ 2വശത്തും ഉള്ളവർക്കു മെയിൻ വഴിയിൽ നിന്ന് varaam. പക്ഷെ എനിക്ക് ഈൗ 3 മീറ്റർ വഴി മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളു. ഞാൻ വിചാരിച്ചത് എന്റെ സ്ഥലവും വഴിയും ആണെന്നാണ്. ഇതിൽ എന്തെകിലും തിരിമറി നടക്കാൻ സാധിത ഉണ്ടോ. ആധാരം എഴുതുന്നതിലോ മറ്റോ.

Hello , We have a property of 15 cents (bhoswath we have got from our ancestors) and in 1100sqft is constructed already and we want construct more 1000sqft but when we took it for approval, it got rejected because in was an agricultural land (wet land/paddy field). All the plots/house around us does not come under the wet land or paddy field My question is if it is not included in the data bank then we can construct additional 1000sqft or wts the process to do so?

Sirs... My mother is holding 7.5 acres cashew garden. This plot (7.5) was received after parting off excess land of 10.5acres(18-7.5). This was done after verdict by HC as well as Taluk Land Board. But the same my mom cannot enjoy till now as her sister had gone to court.. civil. The court order was in our favour but then they have appealed to HC. We are paying tax and docs are computerised after proper verification. Even more.. there are HCourt judgements and Taluk LB order that this property is owned by my mom.But the original Docs are missing. We have to measure the plot also as encroachments may have taken place as we cannot look after it.
