Is there a way to do a winez7 transferr like I did when I installed windows and restored my original os with the doc's,etc.. I know I would have to do a little tweeking, but want all the hard work I did to make ubuntu 10.10 on my old drive to work the same on the new drive in the partioned area for it.
How can you move your ubuntu 10.10 over to a new partion and not over write it. I used clonezilla to transferr to a new larger drive. I installed windows 7 ultimate. Running fine. Parted the drive right and installed ubuntu 10.10 from live cd ( setup the partion manualy and did a root then format and created a swap area ). Both systems boot fine and grub's not giving me problems. I would just like to install my original with everything without clonezilla overwriting the drive i setup.
