2022 Breast Cancer Testimonial Speaker - Amanda Kasahara

October is Breast Cancer Awareness and every year Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital’s Sheila R. Veloz Breast Center selects a former patient and breast cancer survivor to serve as an ambassador to the community. She shares her story in hopes of encouraging others to get annual mammogram screenings, and amplifying the importance of early detection. This year’s breast cancer Testimonial Speaker is Amanda Kasahara, a Nurse in our PACU, a long-time Santa Clarita Valley resident, wife, mother, grandmother, and breast cancer survivor.
