For the diff guard installation, looks like they drained the fluid. Did they top up again with Suzuki spec fluid?

Yes they did top up.

Does these guards also protect the propshaft chassis rubbing the cross member which makes a bangle like design.

I do not know the exact weight. But the package was quite heavy and it was difficult for one person to lift it. Guessing it will be more than 25Kg.
