Low crowds are due to high Disney and travel costs on top of high rent, food, gas prices. Disney vacations are a luxury not many can afford now
There is never low crowds at Disneyland / California adventure brotha just went last month and it was packed
That amount of money they could have done so much more to other areas of the parks IMO. That would have been a great investment into redoing Tomorrowland but I guess they have other plans for that area

I personally like the change of theming to Tiana's it fits more in Critter Country/New Orleans Square now but it's the same classic log flume ride we all love. 🏔️🌊

I went on Tiana's mis adventure in Florida. All I can say is if the Disney version is as bad there will be lots of very unhappy guests and especially locals. Lots of Dark spots is an understatement.. They are counting the okra that wiggles back and forth as 3 animatronics. There was more in the first 45 seconds on Splash Mountain than in the whole Tiana's ride. Also, I am guessing that no one in the Imagineering department knows anything about history. Salt mines were all minded by slaves and most of them died in them.. SO I am not sure what "BOX" they are trying to check with this ride but they screwed up badly.. 🤣🤣🤣
$142MM seems about right. And that's really not a lot of money considering the context.
