Sweating doesn't mean it makes something cardio, it can also be caused when the sun is shining at you. (Sweat is the effect of your body getting to warm, which is not always caused by burning fat)

This video fills me with confidence - that's pretty much exactly how I do my workouts. Play around, do what you can and try to find out what else your body can do. I'm a lot smaller than you and I've just started but seeing the results you can get with this stuff is a good motivator to keep it up. Thank you!

Dude! thanks for inspiring.. you show us that people who work out are humans too, with the simplest of the "offseason" remark at the beginning. It is really necessary to let others know too - that we all have 'down times',
Unlike the many other Exercise-Music-Blasting-Crazy-Weights videos that only try to tell people "I'm better than you". of course they have their motivational points - but you stay "human" and connect with your viewers.
    Paul, Thank You!

Espero que mucha gente se anime a colaborar para que pronto puedas comprar tu nuevo ordenador, me resulta muy motivadora la idea de ser un Partner de Paul ;-) All the best!!

read up on elbow hyper extension, and tennis elbow, not that a im psysio or anything, but rest it for a couple of weeks, prob 6-8 without heavy workouts, and keep ice on it every morning and night if its swollen or inflamed, and get a elbow wrap from ebay for like 5 dollers, or hyper extension wrap, they will help keep it in place, and hopefully help support, then train without it once you feel the strength return to it.

Hey man. That move you do on the parallel bars @ 13:40, the backwards front lever. They do it on rings, it's called a Victorian Cross I think. I say "they" do it but really no one has been able to do it, aside from the inventor of it. If you search up "Danny Rodrigues: Impossible Is Nothing" and skip to 0:56 you can see. Props to you man, you're getting pretty good!

I've got something you could try to do. one arm one leg burpees. you go down, do a one arm pushup, then you come up on one leg. then you switch arms and legs each time until you cant do it with either arm/leg.

You are very well proportioned, as well as telegenic. Are you between 5'10" and 6'2"? If so, you should seriously consider putting together a portfolio and doing some fitness model work, if you haven't already. 16:30 i understand what you say about doing the things that you want, i love training too. but when i started working out i didn't like it, i hated it. i just did it because i had decided to make a change and transform my body, no matter what i takes. but then after some months or years of training i love it and i dont care too much about my body, i just do it because i like to progress and gain strenght and all that. but i think you should say that maybe if you are beginner you won't like training too much.

nice workout man! I just think that when you are starting out on HSPU, it is better( at least for me) to practice them against the wall and reach a certain rep range like 10 to 15 reps before moving on to the freestanding version so that you have more control on your handstand and gain more strength in the process. Holding a handstand against the wall for time also helps.

Ive noticed that many people workout with their casual or night club clothes, why is that ?
Just wear something comfortable that can move easily with it,jeans are pretty stiff for example..
