haha, it is definitely giving that vibe x
These are fantastic ideas. So glad I'm not the only one who doesn't like the water going down the arms! I love that hair thing, I find it works well. I spent way too much on mine! Anyways, you're such a beauty! I also love the fabric choices. So pretty.
Catherine your definitely a girl of many talents and the fact u share the mistakes is very helpful. Had to giggle when u said 'who wants to wear leggings on their head' 😂. Such beautiful materials. Great video...well done and thank u 👍
haha, thanks for watching this week xxx
Next time you go to the coffee shop get some of the stirring sticks and add them to your sewing kit. They are great for turning out tubes. ❤
Oooh that’s a brilliant must remember that next time 😍😍
The plastic ones are great to put a pipe cleaner through and make a little circle on the end. Great for getting dust out of your sewing machine around the bobbin case
Chopsticks work great, too! 🥢

I had my sewing machine fixed a while back but have been reluctant to use it (afraid it will break again). Now I'm inspired to 'get back at it'. Thanks!

I love this video. Just what I was looking for... it's an odd rainy day here in Phoenix, and I wanted a project I could work on in my cozy sewing area, watching the rain fall outside. Thank you!
Love the chair cushion!! Great video! :)
Love the high lights around your face.. ❤️
I am highly interested in sewing sth like a towel after bath for your wet and soaky hair. It could help many. Thanks for your ideas☺
Such a useful and enjoyable video. Thanks for all the tips.
I have used bandanas for making the curls with the same method. I have actually worn the bandana in my hair like this while skating or going to town and have gone to town and have received compliments.
Aw it sounds so fab Tracy 😍😍
Love this ideas. Thank you for sharing 😊
Thanks for all those useful tips and the hair curling demo 👍❤ Catherine. Lovely video.
Thanks so much! 😊
Hi from Texas. I love your pincushion in the video. Thank you for sharing 👌.
Thank you! 🤗
I love your ideas. I have family and friends who may be getting some scrunchies and a hairband.
A tip for you... When you want to make something like your handles that are narrow and too difficult to turn, use your iron to press in your seam allowance on both sides, pin wrong sides together, and then topstitch your seam closed.
Wow ! Such a neat outdoor cushion idea 😍😍😍it turned out really beautifully, thanks for this clip. Loved the gentle colour range too
Glad you liked it!!
You are absolutely adorable ❤❤❤❤
Your so kind Carolyn x
You can hook the top cushion handle over the top wooden plank of the chair to keep it from sliding off the chair.
I wish I could find some of the beautiful floral prints in my fabric shop. ❤ Loved this video. ❤ Thank you again ❤
A lot of my fabric is the cut offs of dresses that I have shortened xxx
Catherine you have such great ideas that are easy to follow and create. Thank you
I'm not crafty , but I love watching your videos. See you on Sunday for the gardening videos.... ❤Happy Gardening 👩🌾
Hello from Maryland 😊 Ty great ideas
Your chair cushion is gorgeous if you do turn the fan bricks one from the back and one to the front it would’ve been reversible but so gorgeous as it is.
Using all your ideas for Christmas gifts. ❤
TIP - When using, and cleaning anything microfiber….(towels, cloths, mop heads, etc. ) never use bleach, fabric softener, or fabric sheets when you launder, as those items ruin the absorption of microfiber.
I’ve learned this the hard way. I read on a microfiber mop pad when I bought never use those items…🤦🏻♀️ that’s why my stuff lost its absorption.
Great tip! I actually never knew that!
I'm a beginner and I am finding your videos so useful! Thank you for producing them from a fellow Irish UA-camr :)
Glad you like them and find them helpful xxx
Always a pleasure to watch. What a wonderful idea for a lounge chair. One can find those quilted blankets at the thrift store sometimes. A little wear is not a problem. Simple straight sewing. This would also be great for kitchen chairs, just modify the design. Fabulous video Ms Catherine. Thank you. Ann from Va USA 🇺🇸
So happy you enjoyed the video, thanks for watching and commenting x
if you sew over some inexpensive yarn or scrap fabric on the long tube you can use that to pull it right side out without using a safety pin or pulling with fingers. Great tutorial!
When doing the cushion covers for the outside chairs, let me suggest a zipper instead of srwing it closed. Zippers aren't so difficult, it's going in a chair cushion, not a silk ball gown, and it will make care of the pillows so much easier for you. 🥰
Oh my gosh these are some fun ideas for this beginner. Your headband wrap is so cute and everything came out so great! Thank you for sharing your videos. Great job as usual. 😊
Those scrubbiest would be great when washing walls.
@@frugalmrsolson1 or washing the car!
Oh great... lol I just purchased a set of these bands for washing my face. ❤ Well .. at least I now know how to make them. 😂❤
Absolutely better to make one now 🤣❤️
@@DaintyDiaries ❤️🤣
Love your videos! You always make so beautiful and useful things. Greetings from Germany! ❤
As for the elastics in scrunchies, I mark the lenght on the rubber band, pull it through, secure it at the marked point and then cut it off.😊
I love the hair curling tutorial! So cute! So clever!
Fun video. Love your Irish accent too….
Love the projects, keep them coming! Cheeky thumbs up from Portland Oregon.

Great video 💖
Hi Katherine to turn fabric inside out….
1. Cut a square piece of timber for the base
2. Buy a thin piece of dowel say 30cm tall
3. Drill a hole in centre of timber base
4. Using wood glue push dowel into hole.
Makes turning long tubes of fabric quick and easy 😊x
Loving the cushion I am going to make one for my outdoor rocking chair thanks for showing how to do it ❤️
It’ll be perfect for your rocking chair 😍😍

The handwarmers are the hit, as this summer is the right time to try them, indeed.
The wrist scrunchies would be wonderful while washing my dog or horse. Used to drive me batty, the water running down my arm.
