hi , i want to know i have A10 code written strip and i have two morepen devices while inserting the strip to both the devices one device show A10 and one show A05 and readings from bothe the devices are different what should i do now ? what is difference between these codes
Hi Pooja, Please use the device which shows the strip container code on display. This is the function on device to auto calibrate. In your case as you use A10 strips, I recommend to use device which shows A10 on screen.
Hi Vizag, Even after replacing battery causes the error then good to have checked with use of new strips. Pls note the device has life time warranty so can get it rectified by contacting customer support.
Hi Sukanya, Seems battery has completely drained. If changing battery doesn’t work then good to contact customer support and have meter replaced as it has lifetime warranty. Hope this helps.
Hi Prajkumar, Can you please check if code key on your strip container is same as display on glucometer when it's turned On. Both strip and device should have same code key.
Hi Salman Khan, Even after replacing battery causes the error then good to have checked with use of new strips. Pls note the strips needs to be consumed within 3 months once container is opened as per instructions. Also pls note the device has life time warranty so can get it rectified by contacting customer support.
Hi Prachi, Sometimes these lithium CR2032 batteries from unbranded or unknown manufacturers may not perform or last as indented to do. Storing these batteries for long time from date of manufacturing may tend to leak power after not being used for a year or so even in packed condition.

Hi Ankit, Hope you have battery installed with + symbol facing up and cover is properly snapped in place. I guess the battery is new and within it's expiry date. Should I remove the battery after every use? Or its ok with the battery inside?
Hi, You need not take battery out. The battery stays always inside device.

What is the life of this battery? Like how many times can we use machine with same battery?
Hi, Battery life purely depends on battery brand and device usage. A low quality branded battery may give up in short time.

Hi Abhi, Can you please check the Code on test strip box/container. It should read 'CODE A09 AUTO' which is suitable for BG-03 glucometer.

Hi Sanjamjeet, When the battery is low it should be immediately replaced. The readings are very improper and cannot be used to conclude results.
