I love that the game can’t display the damage number correctly due to the 32-bit integer limit. That’s the best thing I’ve seen all week.

@@reginangel_official The negative numbers are the really baffling part. It shouldn't really be much effort on Relogic's side to use unsigned integers instead of signed integers and you should really never being doing negative damage in the first place. Though I suppose it doesn't really matter either way since the game wasn't designed around damage numbers being this high anyways.

@@iskamag 32bit is the default size of a integer in C# on 32 and 64 bit architectures.

I always knew terraria would add a healer class, it's just odd how the jousting lance is the only healer weapon.

I’m sure you could find the true maximum damage in a single hit by finding all the damage calculations. It would be a lot of algebra but not anything too difficult
Well I did the math before making this vid and the true max damage was a bit more than 238M. But I was too lazy to aim for it...

Going at that speed and weighting 70kg you hitting something generates energy equivalent to around 12.405.414kg of tnt, for reference Hiroshima's bomb had 13-18 kt of tnt

Mappy, floating across time and space at more than 0.1% of the speed of light so that they can hit you with a Jousting Lance.
In theory, it's not even surprising that it can do this much damage, you are running at more than .1% of speed of light, you are basically a living energy bomb.

Why dont you use shimmer to make the rain bounce off and make sure it gets the max amount of hits on the jellyfish mana-boosters? Or use two jellyfish engines if you are already at the max hits? and if you are able to use shimmer there, wouldn't it double as a coin luck maker to get more luck? im sorry, im just trying to help
