This Cempadak fruit is just a particular kind of Jackfruit. It’s just slightly more fragrant than other types of jackfruit. Usually eating it fresh as it is, Cempadak is not as nice since it’s kinda slimy and too soft in texture. Eating fresh (like an apple) then eat other types of Jackfruit is nicer. Their flesh is firmer.
I bake with shorter 7inch baking tin, using self raising flour, 35min 170C already done, and outcome very dry :(, when cut it, crumble fall, but taste is nice, can i know why?

i have just tried this out..but reduced to half of the ingredients for smaller pan. .came out super soft n yummy...bless u for the yummy recipe ❤️❤️❤️

150 gm of sugar is not too sweet just nice. My receipe is 190 gm of sugar. Just ok
