Jordan! Hey! Sorry if you didn’t get my patreon tip this month, I swapped out my old debit card for a new one and my sub ran up! I’ll send you an extra coffee this month! Thanks for all the awesome stories man!
Hello everyone, from Michigan. Been out hunting cryptids. Only found them in some movies though. One even has rules😂 will be watching today. I still think more is conveyed by a good narrator than in any movie. Some descriptions here get lost in the directors ideas.. Thank you for every single word you read ,Jordan🥛
The last story, near the end of it, I can relate to the mother's situation. Every once in a while, I'll get this little impulse to bring something along for the day, which later actually proves useful. My most memorable 2 would be bringing a voltmeter on a road trip, and bringing a revolver to work. For the voltmeter, I came across a woman who was stranded with a dead battery in her car. It turned out the alternator was bad, and thankfully, we were just across the road from a parts store. As for the revolver, I work at a park that is usually pretty quiet and uneventful. That day, we had a bear charge us while we were using our wood chipper to grind up a bunch of old logs that people were complaining about being "unsightly". The other 2 coworkers seen me reach for my shirt, and the next thing they knew, I had a full length .44 magnun Super Redhawk pointing at a bear they didn't even notice. I think the bear understood that I was a bigger danger than it expected and stopped it's charge, and left immediately. The 3 of us had a good laugh because all you could hear was Dave say progressively louder, "Holy s***!" "Holy S***!" "HOLY S***!" as he realized he never seen me move so fast... Then he noticed the size of the revolver I just "magically pulled from thin air", THEN realize what I was pointing it at. The most notable time I didn't listen to the impulse, I had an urge to bring medical tape with, I chose not to. Later, a part on a machine broke, throwing a sharp chunk of steel at me, leaving a nasty cut that I could have taken care of with the tape and paper towel (paper towel was in the cab of the equipment).
