True, and him ignoring the game that’s telling him to set the club on fire to scare the animals instead of needing to kill them and waste ammo. Frankly I was half hoping it was a “required” moment, that the wolves were buffed compared to normal so players have to learn how to ignite the club to scare them instead of just brute forcing it 🤣

I learned that watching him play ASA XD LOL, Hes got to be partially blind or something to miss this stuff.. Complaining about lighting glitches that are actually implementations to show hes thirsty/ starving/ levelled up. I love his videos but man is oblivious, blind and deaf
This is my all time favorite Far Cry game. The setting and gameplay are so different from all the others in the series so it felt like a breath of fresh air to experience.

Game Tip: Your inventory doesn't get full of items en masse, you can carry certain amounts of reeds, wood, specific animal skins, that sort of thing. So when it say your pack is full, it means you can't carry any more reeds, or whatever you are full on. Pack upgrades are available through foraging and hunting.
Here's some tip for the future:- 1)You can also set your spear in fire aswell. And probably the club aswell you should try it. 2)You notice the White arrow like mark that appears when your in front of enemy? That signifies if the enemy has spotted when it turns red. 3)I think the saber tooth you fought can be tamed in the future. 4)There are two types of tame creature first normal and second one are like there alpha version 5)You got a special saber tooth, Giant bear, White wolf, and some other one I can't remember. 6)Be careful about waters because there could be crocodiles there Hope this helps in the future
This was by far one of the best Far Cry games next to 4, loved it in the past hoping you make it a series for fun. Edit: though the amount of times your blind to the tips is kinda infuriating xD.

One of my favorite games to sit down and zone out to, it is simultaneously super intense and super chill, I've never realized how much a Sytac playthrough would be awesome. Would love to see what tames you end up rolling with the most... Gotta love "oooosshiiii" and the screams of "TEGREEE"
I think the "stick in the nipple" was his rib sticking out his chest lol I'm proud of my memories when I saw the bowls and instantly thought guano bowls, collect the whole set! xD This game looks good, I lost interest in far cry early when they added invisible guys with claws lol, but def going to have to try this one!
Yyoooooooo, let's go 😂 Btw! You can turn off the gathering animations so that it only happens when u discover a new item I think? I remember it made me so dizzy trying to gather multiple resources back to back. I had to turn that off but if u like it you can keep it, I don't think it messes with any important animations/cutscenes. It's just the resources gathering like slate where u look down and back up quickly
God I love video game interpretations of early human technology. Making a bow would require a skilled craftsman, and a lot of that skill centres around finding suitable materials that won't just break on first use, but in a game you can use whatever stick and grasses you can find lying around. And then medicine's always pretty special in video games anyway because you can usually heal massive injuries by downing a few pills or something so they get points for having her chew them up to make a poultice instead but the animation of him sticking the leaf to her wound is so funny. I guess the blood's holding it in place? The last one that always gets me though is yield from animal corpses, I remember the Oregon Trail rerelease a deer gives you four times as much meat as a squirrel does, either because the old West had teeny tiny deer or really chonky squirrels. All towards the end of the video you were getting hides but no meat whatsoever - maybe your inventory slots for meat were full? I really don't like inventory systems that use slots like that because you ought to be able to go out and farm for a particular item and decide to carry more of that, I prefer the system in Green Hell where you have bag space and have to fit the items inside it.
Literally one of my favorite games, never played any of the far Crys before this one and didn't enjoy the others when I tried them after having like 300 hours in this game, ran through the story multiple times and eventually beat it on the hardest difficulty with survival mode and permadeath on
syntac is a beast, he wasnt even supposed to kill those 3 wolves at the start, the quest was telling him to make a fire club back at the start to scare the wolves away lol
Tbh, 1 of my favorite from the far cry series. Enjoyed the heck outta of it, still sad they didn't continue it because fans were mad that it didn't have guns.
Fun Fact: They aren't speaking gibberish, Ubisoft put together a team of linguists to create the simplest language realistically possible. So you can learn and speak Wenja if you wanted to, it's a functional language just like Mandalorian (Mando'a,) Jabba Speak (Huttese,) and Star Trek's Klingon.
I remember this game getting a bad wrap back when it released for some reason, but I really liked it, it's the only Far Cry game I've ever played. Almost 100%ed it too but there was one achievement I just couldn't bring myself to do

primal is by far my favorite far cry game, so cool seeing you play through it now, if it grips you then try to go for 100% the tames and map and stuff, its definitely worth it

In the settings menu there is an option to turn off getting kicked out of hunter vision and you can also turn off the gathering animations for things like wood and stuff, also you can light almost any weapon on fire

something that never made sense to me was how every far cry games protagonist was a walking apocalypse, but when I played this game things kinda made a little sense. What if Takkar is some kind of "Chosen" warrior, and every far cry games protagonist is a distant descendant of Takkars bloodline? Thats kind of how you could explain Jason, Ajay, Rookie, Captain, and Dani all being inexperienced yet still being a one-man army. The goals are all aligned too, Takkar was fighting to progress humanity and build civilization, all his "descendants" fight psychopaths, dictators, and murderers, thus defending that civilization. Just some food for thought.

I remember when it first came out, i got it and instantly started playing and having so much damn fun. It was my first and only far cry game I've ever played, and i was so upset to see the amount of hate it received for being so different. Even my freind at the tine was saying it was bad while here I am, having fun sniping with spears and sending my badger into battle.
@syntac i know this is kinda random but there is actually a stimulant in your sliva that caugulates wounds. so if you dont have any bandages you can chew up some leaves with alot of sliva and smear that into your wound to help it close faster at least

This is my favorite Far Cry game, underrated AF... the music at certain spots in the game is epic! I've completed it at least 6 times.
