I have been applying to the NHS but there's this part that requires NIN number and I clicked on how to get the NI number but it keeps saying I'm not eligible. I have several applications on trac which I have not been able to submit due to the absence of the NIN. What can I do?

NIN is National Insurance Number for those in Uk.
So is you can’t skip that part, then is not for overseas applicants.

Firstly, 15 standard care trainings from caredemy.
Secondly, NVQ LEVEL 2 or 3
You can get a care work or support work and do for 3 months to get experience, then you will definitely get NHS jobs .

Since you already working as a carer, then with NVQ 2 and 15 care trainings, you are good to go.

Yes you can
With your uk degree transcript and certificate, you can use that as evidence of proof of English.
