I mentioned in the video that I have not done my NVQ yet...but i have listed all the certifications i have taken in the description. Will post about where you can get NVQ done.

I got response after a couple of days, the process to join the trust took nearly 6 months, you need patience!

hi jenny thanks for your vidoes i wnt to ask assumimg a carer comes into the uk with a COS and wants to switch to another employer what are the implications and when can spmeone change employers who can offer COS again
You can change employers when you get a new employer that would offer you a new cos in the same role and would need to apply for a new Visa under your new employer.

Now the thing is I got two job offers as band 2 and band 3 respectively. I was surprised to hear that they don’t offer sponsorship even while it says certificate of sponsorship during application. Do you think I should approach the HR? To further discuss this. Note: I’m in uk already on tier 4
Absolutely...Ring up the Manager and quote what the application said...Ring the HR too and Express your enthusiasm to join the hospital. All the best
@@jennyshub thank you for your response. Either ways. I have accepted the offer for the band 3 reason been that it’s closer and it’s mental health. I’m starting work soon on full time basics . Maybe I’ll ring the HR Later when I know have started work to avoid stories that touches lol

You need experience of working in your current job to get your dream job in the NHs. Focus on your current job, gather all the certifications and experience and them plan your exit to the NHS. Wish you all the best🤗

There numerous courses to take on training platforms, you just need to take the ones that suits the speciality you are seeking.
Hello , I understand that some companies/home now opt for computer based one-way video interview . Candidates are expected to do a short video thru d link sent by the company wit already programmed questions can u throw light on this .
Your best approach is to video and record yourself answering health interview questions. Research on interview questions, use your phone to record and re-watch your videos. This will increase you confidence in speaking before a camera. All the best

Speed up visa application because you are NHS staff.?.. You might need to confirm from whoever shared the narrative with you. 🤩
I am currently working as a bank staff in Cnwl NHS. I have got sponsorship from care home but I would like to switch my sponsorship from care home to nhs . How would I do that ?
If you currently work as a bank staff with the NHS...Its much easier as you can approach the Manager or send an email to the HR team that you would like to become permanent if they sponsor your Visa. You can also look out for permanent positions with the Hospital website and apply directly.

Did you use reference from uk or Nigeria....am just worried if one is contacting current sponsor for reference
As soon as I secured the job, I Informed my employers to carry on with my checks and leave the reference for the end when we were almost completed with the recruitment process,because they must require one of your references from your current employer, I hope this answers your question.

It's not for me to say...it's all depend on the contract you signed with your employers to determine the minimum time you can spend with them before you leave.

NHS jobs are advertised on Trac jobs. Go ahead and apply; there are alot of opportunities. The competition is high though.

Is there stipulated months one who's sponsored by a care company (tier2) should work with them before changing?
That’s what I want to know cause my husband just started working as a dom care and the job is too stressful,sometimes from morning till 10:30pm he might no do more than 5hrs
It will be stated in your contract...check your contract or inquire from the company if it's not stated. Sometimes, people leave when they cant cope with harsh working conditions and you might be required to back expenses made on you. In all you do, ensure you secure a new cos and Visa before leaving.
