- It is time again to create a tier list of the most enjoyable classes in Diablo IV right now. We break it down into 3 main areas: Is the gameplay actually enjoyable? Is it cost-effective to create the build? Does it ultimately have the power to finish out to Endgame? Let’s find out.

I find it interesting that you talk about the "only" aspect needed for the Ball Lightning Sorceress is the Gravitational Aspect. However, what you fail to mention is that this aspect is extremely rare. At least from my perspective, my Sorc was level 42 before I finally got a Gravitational Aspect to drop. By then I was having an amazing time with the Frozen Orb Sorc and I never looked back. I'm sure Ball Lightning is fun and powerful, but not being able to actually play it for those 42 levels put me off that build entirely.
That is a good point. I never saw it before WT3, but I had 3 drops within my first few hours in WT3. Running ice shard, chain lightning, or fire wall is great for early game. My main focus on cost was no uniques required that you might not even be able to find before hitting level 100. That being said, in retrospect i should have mention that about the aspect not dropping before WT3. Thanks for add!
Youre actually lucky. I played necro in first season just waiting for the mendelin ring to drop to complete my build. I got it at level 90. And it was worth it.

I am playing Necro blood surge build and I can do T100 completely fine. Bossfight is a little tuff but you can handle it. So for my personal experience I can say that if you optimize it well you can play even tier A builds with necro

@@OwnModeGaming no, I play wothout minions and did not tried it yet. In the end I think I'll switch the one in this video because Is interesting for the next super uber dungeons.

I’m having a hard time enjoying leveling with the Barb. Constantly regearing is really annoying. It’s this circular process of finding multiples of important aspects and then applying that to new rares… it’s a really tedious/annoying process.
I was using leap/stomp w/ hota Barb build up to 65 and it was okay - then tried to switch to gigaclap hota or a version of it and it is horrible. I hate that some builds are just completely trash without every piece of gear needed.
Yeah, the builds that require a number of aspects or a unique to even run are rough. Sometimes you get all you need early and it's no problem. Other times it takes forever.
I find myself wanting to answer this question too but unfortunately it's pretty subjective, as for me I have the most fun with the strongest performing builds and it feels amazing to build them up from the beginning and get stronger and stronger as your build comes together and you get all the best pieces for it. I think having already played Ball Lightning and Hota barb that I'm not sure there is much else that will be as satisfying to play. I'd like to be wrong though, what builds will have me feeling powerful and enjoy leveling the most?
Solid take, my friend! That is a tough call the ones that come to mind are pulverize druid and twisting blades rogue. They both allow you to keep the same build in early and end game. The druid is a little rocky to start but I found running it as an alt made it so much smoother. Also, @raxxanterax did a tier list for abattoir of zir and his prediction is that the special glyph we get and level for that event might have an insane synergy with the druid making it one of the strongest builds for the event. As for the rogue, their is more complexity in the play style than most builds and that can either be really interesting and fun or a lot of work. I found it rewarding but i did have to concentrate more on what I was doing than most classes where you can just get into the rhythm. For the abattoir of zir event, I'm excited to run my lightning ball sorc and see what she can do!
I feel Druid is super fun! Levelling till 30-35 and having fun "pulverising" enemies into Red goo! I like the beast class
It is a lot of fun. I love the full screen clears and you get to be a werebear!!!
Necro is most fun; followed by sorc (if ball lightning), then rouge
Druid and Bard are no fun leveling up
My wife loves Necro, so she didn't like my list. Ball Lightning Sorc is crazy fun. I just finish out the build with all the uniques that make it incredible and it is the most fun i have had in endgame.
I know this was 5 months ago, but I'd just like to point out that generally when you put something "above" something else on the same tier, like you wanted to do with mage over rogue, you put them to the left, not the right. You read a tier list just like any document, from the top left to the right, then up to down.

@@KungKokkos because I didn't think it was that important and I was focusing on what I was saying. There were also issues with the tier list fully resetting and completely shifting the position, and that was driving me crazy. So, between what I'm saying and keeping my energy high after a lot of runs. I stopped worrying about the tier list position. So, yes, I knew and yes, I failed to do it.

You cant rank classes based on 1 build each and only end game.
Druid only being viable post level 50 destroys the class in every conceivable way. It is easily the worst class even if it can be powerful in the endgame, which means nothing because everything is OP in the endgame.
Barbarian is easily one of the best classes overall because of how well it levels and stays powerful. Yeah ww isnt in a great spot but death blow, dual swing, steel grasp, basically every build other than ww is a top tier build and even ww is still one of the better endgame barb builds with the dust devils. Also what difficulties are you talking about? Resource management? Evem in D3 that was the main thing about barb. Its always been a class focused around resource management because its has, since D3, diminished over time. And the only reason in D3 some builds didnt have that issue was because of a passive. Not every class needs to have infinite resource. DRUID has worse resource management than fucking barb how the hell is it a better class? Druid is fucking awful.
Sorc is eh, really powerful still, but its just not very fun.
Rogue is really good, really fun, build variety is good.
Necro, who cares?
Love the input and I have played a ton of builds for all classes and definitely considered early and end-game, but that doesn't make my ranking work for everyone. I also studied a ton of the builds from different streamers before doing the ranks. I just weighed heavy on my experience since I was doing the ranking. Again, thank you for your take. I thought that was awesome!

Druid is so slow and boring. No way he could be A. Thats just my opinion though.I level'd a Necro first and it is OP. Super fast clearing and fun to level.
Druid is rough in early game but has crazy fast clears in endgame. The leveling was great for Necro, for sure. There just seems to be a big gap in endgame that you really feel when you play multiple classes into endgame. Also, thank you for your notes. I had wanted to ask in the video what everyone watching thought and how they would rank it and I just forgot to record it when filming!
I would rather play early game Druid in D4 than play Spider Man 2 or Alan Wake 2. Talk about a snooze fest.
Update on my Druid progress. In the beginning he is so slow and boring. Once you get some of the correct aspects and items for the build it gets much better. It is still slow, but not boring tbh. Its a patience game, but the "A" grade in the Tier list is correct I would agree. No rush in leveling, so enjoying it atm. @@OwnModeGaming

Druid is not S tier...this rating is very biased to your own personal experience, IMO Druid is the weakest of all the classes and slow and clunky for most of the begining until you get to lvl 60 or so...
The rating is definitely biased based on my experience or it wouldn't make any sense. Also, I'm totally okay with people disagreeing and actually loved hearing your take. Plus, the Druid isn't S tier in my rating. The class is clunky in early game, but when it comes online in mid and end game, it is a screen clearing blast. What's your favorite class right now?
