Ricky Boada Did the same thing to my ‘82 Yota (Toyota mini) back in ‘82, your right, comfortable as hell, got mine in a junk yard practically brand new from a wreck for about $50 a piece. 👍🏼❤️
On my 1973 Ford Bronco, I got installed new seatbelts and a center console and a new odometer gauge and new bumpers front and back. The next thing I want to do is to put it on a 5 1/2 inch lift kit and new windshield wipers and reservoir and motor.
Nice video. A great overview, description, just fun to watch. And love the reggaeton music that came on when you started it up, authentic and it's your ride!
I'm glad I have one. Mine is a '74 also. I love it! I'll have to see about getting some of those Civic seats. Those look great! Do they sit low? That's one of the problems with putting in other seats is they sit up higher and you have to sort of duck your head down to see the traffic lights.
Ricky I looooooove ya brother.... guess what I am restoring a made in Brazil bumpside Bronco / Country 67-72 Body only in Brazil and I was thinking where am I gonna get the seats man I’ve got a 1989 Honda Accord I hope it fits , awesome video bro , this Bronco is bad arse , all the best from Australia 🇦🇺
My dad and I are going to restore his 1971 bronco sport. We’re still on the fence about putting a 428 cobra jet instead of the 302, just trying to see if it will fit 😂
Good video and nice looking Bronco you have. My customers just dropped off their red '72 that looks a lot like yours. Will be for sale in the coming weeks out here in CA.
Bigger more power isn't always better off road My Grandfather had a 1968 Bronco with the falcon style engine it was way better with that engine and dana 35 axle in front. because of how light it was and the fact it sipped gas, had just enough power and torque. he also had the 1975 bronco it had a 302 and c4 dana 44 and large 9 it was sweet! He told me that the 68 was better for the type of use he did off road logging roads and hunting. I understand its nice to have more power and speed but it doesn't make it alway better. I owed a 1974 Bronco with 302 44 lrg 9 and i loved it! I now own a 1979 full size with 400 4 speed its starting to grow on me and i can see the improvements form the 66-77 model ! ill say it again it doesn't make it a better capable rig off road. if the early bronco will go place this fullsize cant fit. The weight difference takes away from it will get stuck were the smaller one will not. a friend had a lifted up avalanche with big power and tires! well that thing got stuck mainly because of the tir choice big and wide with 3-4 feet of snow i went in the ditch hooked on to this monster! He doubtfully asks do you think that bronco can pull me out ? I reply iam pretty sure well that thing in 4low and first gear pulled it right out to the road! He doesnt like telling that story but i sure do!!
Very nice Bronco. Great job showing the details that help our build designs. If I wanted a 302 like you have, us there a kit thats sold with the mount locations, etc to bolt on? Would make placement much easier forward, back, height for tranny match-up . Also is the shifter located in the correct place after the transmission is joined to the motor? Thanks. My 66 U15 is a project I can envision, and with help get through most everything else. Would a Explorer transmission with a 302 be a correct fit ? Not building this for much off road use, but need it to perform. Thanks
Michael Robertson thanks for the kind words Michael. I’m not sure about the transmission questions and the 302 is the original engine so not sure about the mounts. If I come across anything that may help you, I’ll be sure to come back in and let you know
@@RickyBoada you are right...but when you're a teacher making little money with $60,000 student loan debt, its hard to think positive. But i will change my thinking, and work hard to get this. I've wanted one since i was a kid. I'm 35 now. Where did you find yours? When i look they cost way more than $35,000
Wtf? He sold me my driver side fender for my 72’ 26 years ago, nice guy. They were a small shop back then. I can’t believe he would do that to EB’s. Icon has been doing the Coyote swap for a while now, but no way would he do an LS. If that’s true then I’m with you on putting an end to that. Lol
4:30 what’s that sound it scared me😭
Pretty much everything you mentioned here about Bronco's I knew nothing about! Thank you for the insight. Keep them coming...
Civic seats? Man that's a great life hack you're throwing out there! Nice toy ;)
Jules F haha that really is a life hack! Easy to find, cheap, and look/feel amazing once upholstered! Glad you liked it

Beautiful! You did a great job, especially with the leather seats. Looking at the 2021 sport now.
Great review. And you seem like the coldest guy. We need more nice people!

Oh wow!! I appreciate this more than you know. Thank you!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Great looking rig. We love Early Bronco's at Fire It Up Garage.
That’s my dream car - that and a 68-69 camero convertible
i like your bronco you did a great job i like the see through linkage window! you have a lot invested
Your stories and knowledge are beyond mine by a lot haha. Thanks for the compliments, really appreciate them!
It's 2020 and you were spot on. The price for a rebuild Bronco starts at $185K and can go to $250 or more.
Nice Front Bumper!

The video was real good, thanks. The sliding glove box door is a great tip!
ASJ thank you my man! Appreciate the feedback

Nice bronco brother. Do you like the 78-79 bodystyle? Those are my favorite
Kick ass looking vehicle
Ayana it is Ford power that is why it scars you

Where did you get that glove box door that slides?
This one in particular.
Caleb Bragg Hahaha bro. I’m trying to get better as I go
@@RickyBoada Haha I'm only messing with you. Good video man. I enjoyed watching, and I'm glad you can be real with yourself.
Definitely looks decent and the upcoming one might not even match this greatness
worth 60K now like damn

What are the exact make, model, and years of those front seats???
I wish I had this car so badly

Love the seats! Any idea if you could squeeze an 8 in Tuffy console between the seats? Currently have stock seats with console.
You can. I have the Tuffy 8 in. console in my 73.
where did you get that shirt Bro ????/
Wow that thing is amazing
Ricky really nice bronco, I have a 72. My daughters like your VW bus shirt, where can I find it?
marco flores hey Marco! Thank you for the bronco compliment. I got the shirt at old navy a while back. Maybe GAP. One or the other
I had a 70. Jacked up with monster mudders 34 14 15. It was awesom
Looking good Ricky! What steering wheel is that and can you drop a link to where you bought it? I have a 70' that I'm digging!
Jordan Wilson The description has a parts list and it says it is a “Grant Steering Wheel (removable)”
I have courabou seats in my 1966 bronco
nice one
And it’s still going
So I ended up selling this one..... its worth more than double now..
What color is this?
The paint job is amazing
I have a 1974 and I was wondering where did you get those seats?
Very DOPE!!!
Is it a manual?
Brock Landers 4 speed automatic
wow amazing!
I have a 77 with a 408w
Can you take me a ride
One reason why I will never own a cj-5 is there is barely any leg room in between the steering wheel and seat
Haha that’s true. Thankfully I’m 5’7 and I fit perfect
Awesome truck just don't like the red color, way to obvious for my taste, but thats me
AN intake doesnt increase compression.
He mentioned the intake because when you use the 289 heads it requires the 289 intake. Smaller combustion chamber makes the compression higher.
I want one like this but teal. Its my dream truck. I'm just brokelol
Alisha A lol well first thing is to leave that mentality

Wagon!?... brother
Yes, that is what the model was called.
Yup, it fits his persona.
If you say "in particular" one more time....
Cut Fenders nope but its yours.
Great video except for the excessive use of one word in particular....
NYCEONE hahaha I know. I’ll get better with time I promise
NYCEONE nice pun too 😂
Does it come with O.j Simpson?
I dig the bronco please lose the shirt LOL
Eh.....
if you're going to get one, get an icon
2lazeblue I wish man! Those are simply amazing
To me, They are certainly top of the line rigs overall, but they just aren't worth the extra $100k for what you could have one like this for
Jonathan Ward is buying them up and hording them to retrofit with an LS and charge 200K. Someone should put a stop to what he is doing.

It's amusing that your bronco is 35k and the ones that they sell all over the internet are more like 250k+. Bizzare
Old video. Wish I never sold it
