Not only that she's also a female. It seems most females get more followers through social media then what most males do. But that's my opinion I guess.

@@chrisanthony579 you ain't wrong, the camera really agrees with her, I love the field trips, we used to farm in the delta, weren't any UA-cam back then, farmers can get wrapped up in the farm life really easy.
My ranching days have been over for years, I like your content because it is not full of anything rude (need I say more). I like that it portrays a young couple starting off, succesfully.

I saw the nose of an Oliver 88 Row Crop in the beginning of the video. I have one just like it that my family purchased new in 1947. Still runs great. Thanks guys.

hey, I have been operating a Kabota 95 s2....
It has been great.... I live on Fort Wolter and rehabing the road up to where I live and moving road building material off the shoulder and opening up the drainage along the road... it gets in an makes it happen. The machine I'm operating is a 2017 edition and I hear the 2023 have so great improvements. Will not be disappointed..... GREAT STUFF 😊👍
Cat is the only way to go if you are serious about getting the job done.

3:05 - Grant u need to take Laura to an NHRA event. Not only will u feel it in ur soul, those funny cars and dragsters will shake ur soul out of u. It may only b 3.5 - 4 seconds but those cars make a mark on ur brain.

Again, like I said to you as a farmer myself, I'm surprised how often family and the locals in my farming area in northeast Missouri and western Illinois are so uninformed about current farming practices; and I appreciate how I can tell them to view your videos to see how it's done. Side note and to go over the last thing I said to you - could we see you in the '66 Chevy again getting on the throttle?

Hi Laura and Grant , I am an Operating Engineer Local 150 in Chicago , as far as Ctl the Best is Bobcat. Skid steer or tracks . They were ,I think, the first to come out with that type of machine. It might be pricey but it's like a Cadilac of skid steers. I ran one on tires , had a ball, fun machine ,very versatile. Be well you 2. Rich Englerth

We are starting potato harvest tomorrow up here in Central Washington, those massive tractors are the same size we use for pulling the tator diggers except the ones we use have a tad bit larger tires on them and they are 8 wheel drive too. If you show up I'm pretty sure we could find one for you to drive as we have 8 of them digging tators...
I'm 6'4", and I love my new Kubota skid steer. The power, room , and easy ops windshield were the biggest boxes I needed checked, and Kubota really came thru!

I’m from Iowa and occasionally watch your videos here, but I didn’t make it to this year’s FPS. I love how the door closes / opens on the skid steer in your video! First time I saw that.

Awesome video downside to having a skid steer with a door that goes overhead is if you operate it with the door open and it bounces around the door rollers will break and it rests comfortably in the seat with you not so comfy between it and the seat. Learned the hard way on a different brand!

Used to go to farm shows when I was kid when my fathers had a booth at them. Great times.
Love that you started at the Oliver display. Our farm was 90% Oliver equipment. Dad said they had the best cultivator setup for potatoes.
A little disappointed because the lead-in said comparing new to old tractors.
Laura and Grant have become like my coffee, really miss it when I don't have it:)

A 24 row corn head..... man. When me and my dad would help his uncle on his oooooold farm we were rocking i believe a 4 row head. Took FOREVER, haha. Felt like mowing a 1-2 acre lawn with a 20" wide push mower - for perspective. And it wasn't like he had 1000+ acres. It was a small farm. But still. 50-60 acre Fields.... with a 4 row head. Ugh. Haha
Always loved going to the tractor pulls in Bowling Green Oh. If you’re ever in the area it’s a lot of fun.

The cloth Tractor she a beauty I like the picture of your husband chilling next to a pic of farm equipment. He was like "yup I want it"! Could your combine use that 60ft 24-row corn head as you said it was just used once? Just think how fast you could get done with that.

Wow someone finally put the windshield on a skid steer in the right place, I mean when shit breaks and you can’t get the door open crawling out the back window is no fun even if you fit. (Yes I usually run with the door off but now it’s an option to keep the door on) at least on Kubota.

Go to a red tractor store with your dad. They have magnum rowtrack trators for , maybe, 15 years.
Be sure to look at JCB skid steer loaders.
Smarter Everyday just did a video about the pulling sled used in tractor pulls.... gives a nice insight into what all that noise and smoke is trying to move.
I am from Boone, Ia. and you and Grant drove by me a block from my home as I was at the stop sign. I saw your new Dodge and thought wow that looked like Lauras and then seen your Neb. plates and put 2 n 2 together, I should of followed ya to get an autograph my buddy would of been jealous lol.. small world. A neighbor friend told me about your site awhile back and I always was interested in how everything worked from planting to harvest and you two make it fun to watch keep up the great work and maybe next time I'll get out to meet you both at the show ..take care

science. Apparently it's the best school in the country for that. He says its to hot there. I don't think he likes Michigan anymore. Always looking forward to your shows !

I've used Kubota, bobcat, taechuchi, case, skid steers. Kubota was by far the best. Driver comfort, power, stability, etc. I liked the case the least, although it was powerful, I felt it was very tippy and controls were overly sensitive...not sure if they can be adjusted, but it made the rude very jerky
