original by kenny clarke called "rue chaptal" see the famouse recording from 1946! renamed in 48 as "roayal roost"; recorded by art blakey´s jazz messengers under the name "sportin´ crowd" by hank mobley! sonny rollins recorded it as "tenor madness" in 1956 but not copyrighted until 1979!! what a mess! and let´s hear the start of the tune "my kinda love" of the 1929 tune by louis alter-jo trent.....
