I was sitting around procrastinating instead of filming videos because it's hard to get motivated sometimes but this was all I needed. I love watching videos of UA-camrs that are successful. wow!!! what an amazing home, it looks esspensive af, but it is so resort like! I was going to give my thought as to what to use the upstairs spare bedroom: I would use it as a workout equipment room/yoga or zen room. The door to outdoor balcony in that room is great for getting fresh air after working out and I thought I spied a bathroom adjoining that room which is great for a quick rinse-off after working out. Having a room like that "open" is also great in case anything in your future ever changes and you need another room for something.

Love it! This is my aesthetic! We recently just remodeled our house and we went for gray laminate floors and a more modern feel. And our bathroom has a lot of white and marble-like tile in the shower. So much better than the 80s style house we had!
