The sad part, or good part, however you look at it. This house is probably the same price as a small ass house in L.A... Southern living is the best. Get your money's worth!

@@Dev2088-e3j but she also said she may change the lights and other things, she'd have to ask the owner before doing that stuff if she was renting.
She said it's a new build, so as a homeowner I think she means the "builder's grade" items they put in the house.
