If you have any power These kits don't do any thing waste of money my diff didn't lock up both side fcked my diff to the point of shattering i have to do a complete rebuild the diff is absolutely fcked maybe okay for a stock car but any power mods to the car go a real lsd

What we have here is big diff kit. Small one is just too small 🙂

How you know that the cone is right or left. I mixed I think. What happened. The gear of driveshaft need to contact with gears of gearbox?
Try to figure it out by walear Pattern compared to the bearings. This doesn't influence the gear patch, so no worries. Sometimes, it can create noises if bearings are unevenly worn.
Does this product fit directly into stock m32 gearbox? Also, this is split power 50/50 to each front wheel? What is the purpose and specs after this is installed ? Thanks
It is direct fit, no modifications are required. This is 25% lock LSD, which means that at least 25% of torque is transfered to the wheel with less grip. For FWD car this is considered more than enough if you don't want to compromise every day drivability.

@@FethGorn it can handle track days without a problem. It can handle 300hp, but it won't break under much higher load.
Why is there no renault clio LSD?
Good question. But unfortunately for us, Clio has the differential with asymmetrical spider gears so LSD conversion kit can't be mounted inside.

@@icemen77 we don't give warranty as we can't know conditions of installation and usage. But we drive it in our daily for 250k km so far. Actually we are preparing reveal video atm.

At around 15:50 you mention to use sealant paste. What exactly do you mean? Can you provide an example?

I have put for mistake that shim other side and the differential was noisy
You changed the backlash so the noise came from teeth of crown gear. You should put it back asap🙂

Did you fill up the gearbox with CVT oil or you just used CVT oil to lubricate the parts of LSD? My m32 gearbox requires 75w80 transmission oil. After the installation, are we supposed to use CVT oil or advised oil? Thank you for your reply!
Even better. Than use 75w80 LSD oil instead. It's just important to use oil for LSD differential.
