UA-cam recommended your videos to me 2 days ago. I saw every analysis in my free time. I LOVE the way you "play detective." I do the same, and I missed so much stuff! English is my 2nd language (I'm a teacher and future translator), and I also love the way you speak, very fluent and clear (I myself don't know some words, but lets me real, that happens to us in our first language as well so dont apologize!). What really caught my attention is spiders... they are in the forest and in a lot of drawings. Victor definitely knows a lot, I think him and Jade are the key to solving this puzzle. Can't wait to see your analysis on season 2.
I might be wrong but it seems to me that the chart drawn on the air mail envelope is a representation of the big map just above it :11 rows numbered from 1 to eleven and 16 columns named from A to P. The numbers inside the chart might be how many persons come from the corresponding location on the map (or where they saw the tree).

@@lisasafay536 You are right I don't recall any of the characters finding the tree again. I guess the tree is only visible before they enter FromVille. But I'm not sure if the tree is really in the characters' "real" world or if it's already too late when you see it. If I remember correctly, in season 2 we can see a huge map in Victor's truck, with double sided arrows that seem to indicate loops, maybe it shows the tree too?
The spider web at 19:05 is coming from the top/sky (ceiling) downwards like in Ethan's vision in episode two where "someone screamed when the spider came down from the ceiling". Webs catch things. The bottle trees catch evil spirits. I think they're the same things. That evil "Abby" was trapped in the webs and restrained.
Traveler's road maps were common, less so now. They did fold up like that, large maps folded up into about the size of an envelope to fit in the car's glovebox. Available everywhere along major highways. The first unfolding would put the top part upside down above the lower part like we see. The maps were notoriously hard to fold back correctly after opening lol. It could still be intentionally placed that way to suggest the duality theme you've suggested
34:10 that symbol kind of reminds me of the necklace Ellis was wearing in the first episode. Especially with the little dots all around it like his necklace has.
What if, that voice on the radio is Christopher, what if after killing everyone he hid somewhere possibly in that new place we saw Jim and Kenny wonder into. And that's why radio works because the person who's talking is also in there

With the no vacancy the no part is usually a neon light that turns on when they are full. Otherwise the vacancy light will always come on at night. That said the sign doesn't look like it is illuminated

When it comes to the map and the upside down theory, you can tell on the design on the left that there's down facing text and the above up facing text which means the map folds in half and the info on the top is on one side and the one on the bottom on the other side Edit: haven't checked but that makes me think that maybe if you fold the whole map in half, the pins on the bottom line up with the ones at the top
The envelope looks like an old international piece of mail based on the outline of the envelope. Thats why it was probably stamped Air Mail because it came from overseas. Air mail envelope looks like the key to the US map. The sections drawn on it match the letters and numbers on the map. Like coordinates. The writing on rhe envelope looks like it says: # of people From given map Love your channel!! Hope you continue to grow. Wishing you success because your videos are so detailed!

Why doesn't anyone talk about the plants? Every scene there is a flower or tree, The roots in the tunnel, the ballerina box is carved flowers, ppl's clothing is floral, the curtains in houses, cups designs, wallpaper, ellis's painting always has Fatima and a Rose, the fields have flowers growing everywhere, the guy leaves flowers for the monster, Tabitha's pendant is a flower, Ellis's Pendant is a flower...... idk something is there maybe and worth looking into.
Agreed, the Nature theme is strongly represented in this tv show. It's everywhere, even the seasons are depicted on the Matthews wallpapers (spring and flowers, snowflakes and winter, fall and leaves in the different rooms).

Viktor is the only one, other than Jim, that does know that Tabitha was digging in the basement of their house, and they are not best pals. Viktor was in the tunnel, waiting for Tabitha, as the Boy in White suggested (after Colonial house massacre, when he went into the tree). If you think about it... why send Viktor to Tabitha in the tunnels? it is where the monters lives, so why send Viktor there? To me is to show Tabitha the symbol on the walls and eventually push her out Fromville, because she is becoming a threat (as she started to figured out things with Viktor). The Boy in white is not there to help. In the forest, he reached Sara's corner stone (meaning: mentioninng his brother, the only person that she ever loved) to trap both of them in their worst place to be: Boyd in the dungeon where he gets the worms and Sara to town, where she could potentially end up in the box. Nope, I do not trust him at all.
Since we are talking about spiders (giant or small), it seems that a lot of things are nods to Stephen King's work. People trapped in a town by an unknown force, + a threat of starvation : "under the dome"; A mind reading, vision inducing, shapeshifting monster who follows a cycle of waking up to feed on children's fear, flesh and souls and whose basic form is a spider shape and going back to sleep deep underground : "IT"; The time travel/teleportation theme of a certain Jim : "the Colorado kid"; A creature trapping humans in webs : "the mist". And fun fact, "Tabitha" is Stephen King's wife's firstname :)

Always so insightful and entertaining! I was curious if you take on the dummy. Could it be trying to help instead of scare? It does have a hole inside which the ventriloquist uses to move the dummy. Possible clue or map? We just see it too often for it just to be a scare tactic!
