Mam yesterday i gave my hindi exam class 10 . I performed more than my expectations, and completed the whole paper 50min. Earlier,..... But on coming home i realised that in overexcitement i mistaken a 1 mark grammar question, and although i was knowing the correct answer. So can u please suggest some tips to control the overexcitement, so that i can put on my best in the upcoming English and rest other papers?

Now, I have been suffering with an anxiety disorder for several years now and the whole 'it's all in the thought process that you have at the moment' is total bull. My apologies for the language use but it honestly is. Nothing triggers my anxiety more than the stressful and tense atmosphere of the exam hall. If you have tips on how to ignore this and calmly write the exam, then that would be lovely. Good luck to all students currently writing the boards. Cheers!
