How long did it take to get your file number? Did your creditors come after you TO COLLECT their money through your Taxes IRS?
I believe it's rather quick that you get a file number, potentially right after you file bankruptcy. Have you filed yet? How much tax IRS debt do you have?

Can you tell me if you have a credit card with a bank and you decide to file bankruptcy, can you take your money out of that bank before they freeze your account
