- Breakdown of my Track "lemme taste ('sdat real quickr there?) for the DOA 1.44MB floppy disk competition where we had to make a track with 1.44MB of samples.

Leider nein, das war ein Gerät damals von der Seite a4000t.com (oder so ähnlich?), speziell für sampler. Gibt heute aber einfachere Geräte, die mit SD funktionieren. Mir war nur wichtig, dass ich IDE und SCSI benutzen kann (Kartenleser ist am SCSI Anschluss und die SSD ist am IDE)

Hi folks can anyone send me the best way so setup the emu into a mixer and then separately into a external sound card and do you need to add a midi cable to from the emu to the soundcard or send me a email explaining it please ….I can get sound but trying to record the sound in real time is is we’re I’m struggling any help would be appreciated
easy: Either you connect your sampler directly to your soundcard or you go into a mixing desk, your choice. You need at least a MIDI Cable going from your computers/sequencers out to your samplers in to controll it
@@ja-kidnb6416 I’ve got the emu going into the sound card and when I load a sample I can hear it plus I’ve got my midi board hooked up to so I can use the sample but recording is the problem I have…do I have to assign it to a midi track in logic and assign a channel to record if that makes sense thanks..I’m using a MacBook Pro so would I need a usb to midi adapter to control it
@@Selous_Scout your Midi keyboard goes to your computer and your computer forwards this MIDI data to your sampler. When you record a midi track in Logic it will playback to the EMU simultaneously
@@ja-kidnb6416 thanks for the help….I wasn’t setting up the track properly and telling logic where the sound was coming from and it’s great that’s there’s folks like yourself on UA-cam us newbie,s can turn to as you sent me a break last year and I want to use it ( just got a external hard drive with a mini usb and I changed out the hard drive like you did ) so I can get on when I have some spare time 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻👍
