2013 to 2016 Transit Connect Blower Resistor Video (Gas Pedal Optional)

This video helps one as a reference video for removing and replacing a Blower resistor Relay in 2013, 2014 and 2015 as well as 2016 Ford Transit Connects vans and some of the same year Ford Focus cars.

I changed mine just by feel. Anyhow, the speed 123 are working but I'm getting a burning smell coming out from the resistor. What could be the issue does anyone know?

Check your blower switch knob and harness. Ford Transit Connects sometimes have melted blower switches and wire harnesses. Thanks for watching.

The screw gilding the resistor in place is nearly impossible to remove i spent 2 hours and no luck just gonna pay to get it done

Demottjeff,
They put this thing in the worst place. We worked upside down with a headband light to see it and most of the time things get in the way we had to remove the gas pedal to get at the resistor. The job was not fun be we tried to make it easy for those who wanted to do it. Sorry we could not help you.
