Amazing amazing tool. Y’all hit it out if the park. One think that would be cool is the ability to assign slices to bus groups. So if I mash 6 breaks together, I can then highlight all kicks or snares across six loops and send them to diff bus groups for later post processing and making side chain set up a breeze. Maybe make the six loop mixes with a toggle that allows you to set them up as bus groups. Keep crushing it y’all!

Just bought it ... and love it! :)
Two features I really would love to see/use here (Maybe this is something for an update version?!)
1) Some kind of crossfades - for smooth transitions between the blocks if you want to.
2) And a shuffle/swing quantize option!
(Only some suggestions - this software is already awesome and makes fun!)

I notice some problems:
1. Only the first step in a loop has a clean start, remaining steps seem to have a micro fade in, meaning copying a kick via re-arrange makes the repeated kicks lose their transient punch.
2. It’s very easy to lose where you are (which bar is currently playing). There should be a bar display for each channel so I know if I’m in bar 1, 2, 3 etc. of a sample. Similar to the infinity display increments.
3. This app seems geared towards and mainly tested with with breaks. It works well for that but not EDM due to lost transients in re-arrange mode.
4. Re-arranged chunks seem to vary in sound. I.e. each repeat sounds slightly different for some reason.
5. There should ABSOLUTELY be a filter section!!!
6. There should be a simple envelope control per channel.
7. There should be a multi-fx section similar to Egoist.
This thing is powerful. I can see you had some problems keeping things simple and accessible. As such, it’s not really intuitive and almost demands watching the overview video.

On iOS there are severe issues with user created presets, makes Loopmix app 100% unusable currently if the aim is to use own samples and loops in own presets. I am shocked that this got released as is. Hoping for a fix in the near future. Not to mention the lack of multiout. The iOS version is a desaster (I have all your apps so far on iOS btw.).

Love this program, in stand alone make a great beat etc and it sounds great but once I export the Wav sound terrible. Has pops and sounds not nearly as good as when played in app? What am I missing? thanks

This depends of the Loop length. At the moment you can import Loops up to 1 minute in length.

Is it possible to assign start points of each of the 16ths in a bar to a different midi key?
Right now this is not possible, but is a welcomed addition for our next updates.
@@audiomodern it would be useful for jamming where i don't necessarily want the loop(s) to be playing throughout the whole bar. maybe with a "hold" option like the other midi controls. also it's loading as an effect rather than an instrument in bitwig. it's more of an instrument than an effect?
iOS description says "Loopmix comes with 1.6 GB of Factory Sound-set" (which I am not going to use anyway), that would mean it has no space on my iPad, but the app is said to have size
Hi Hertzdame, that is correct. You may skip the download screen and it will only install the app without the factory library.

@@tomjefferson3244 We doubt if that will make any sense as sequencer settings are tweaked for these exact loops on each preset. Otherwise, it will be as if you would randomize the sequencers, which is already possible to do.
