I’ve never watched a full game of high school level basketball and the quality of basketball is actually a lot lower than I thought it looks amazing in highlight reels but in reality it’s not as amazing. Makes me feel better about my game and no disrespect to any of the players obviously I can dream about being as good as them someday.
Everything looks better and easier when you’re watching in UA-cam buddy. You need to actually go against these guys. Watching other dudes shouldn’t make you feel “better”. Your development as a player should. Maybe you’re not really working hard

Aau is just like this. Watch an actual hs game and it's not nearly as bad. This is the reason why some people think aau is ruining the game

just regular hoops man highlight reels only show the good stuff regular games whole bunch of missed shots turnovers etc
