@@bmwboy7596 respectfully, 930 m² BUILT. Disclosing the actual living space seems to be a rarity with listings in Spain, for some reason. Some of the rooms seem a little cramped, for example, the kitchen. I’m accustomed to seeing much more volume in rooms in La Zagaletta.

Nice House. But I missed a Lift.
If someone decides to buy a home, then lift shouldn't be the primary amenity as part of the house! A person should look at all the amenities. A hydraulic lift isn't a problem to install later if the space allows it!
@@bmwboy7596 Ich geh mal davon aus, daß ein BMW-Boy eventuell deutsch versteht. Wenn ich, so ich denn jemals in das Vergnügen kommen, mir so ein teures Haus zu kaufen, dann muß es perfekt sein. Ich will dann doch nicht noch zig Hunderttausende Euros in eventuelle Umbauten investieren. Und nicht in jedem Haus kann man nachträglich einen LIft einbauen. Oder man baut das Haus quasi neu. Im übrigen sind dafür viel zu viele Immobilien in Marbella auf dem Markt. Schau Dir mal den Vega an.
@@bmwboy7596 Ich bin 55 und hab kaputte Knie. Wenn ich in der Lage bin, ein Haus mit Lift zu kaufen, werde ich das definitiv machen. Das erspart mir dann Jahre später den Krach, den Dreck und die Kosten.
Dann kaufen Sie sich das Haus mit Lift und seien Sie glücklich...

You always mention showering after the pool. You are also supposed to shower BEFORE you go into the pool, believe OT, or not. Something about the body oils and the chlorine…
