    “The godly may trip seven times, but they will get up again.
    But one disaster is enough to overthrow the wicked.
    Don’t rejoice when your enemies fall;
    don’t be happy when they stumble.
    For the Lord will be displeased with you
    and will turn his anger away from them.
    Don’t fret because of evildoers;
    don’t envy the wicked.”

    I use Tinkercad for my 3D printer. And there’s a already a brick pattern on the right side in a different “chapter “ I’ll call it

    Have you ever thought about doing lessons on tinkered and scale modeling. I would totally take them.

    That was great.
    I just started on building stuff in TinkerCad, and I just happen to stumble over this video as I was thinking about a brick pattern. Awesome, thank you!

    That's for the educational program on how to make the walls. Very informative.

    That brick pattern tutorial was really interesting to watch! I've never tried that sort of thing myself but it looks like a really cool technique for making model railway structures. My coffee of choice....I'm a modeller from Cape Town in South Africa, and I'm drinking the Summer Blend from the excellent Origin Roasting company located right here in Cape Town.

    I rarely drink coffee, but when I do it is usually Gevalia medium roast, or a starbucks blond roast with lots of sugar and almond creamer. Otherwise I mainly drink Red Rose black tea or earl gray. currently though drinking a Bing Black energy drink, while the snow is falling outside here in Denver. Also need to get my AnycubicPhotonS up and running again.

    I need to make 2:1 elliptical and hemispherical heads as well as other pieces of equipment like pumps, heat exchangers, valves, and relief valves.
    Good video.

    The reason DCC uses rail signaling instead of wireless, is because DCC is a *STANDARD* that was developed in the 90's wireless wasn't a thing (not digital anyway, analog) and what was available was crap. To support backwards compatibility, the standard doesn't change.

    The fact that you drink Folgers coffee makes me question anything you say

    As a tip: if you're using any resource hog program I suggest shutting down all other programs so you can use all available computer resources designing etc. Just a tip from personal experiences.

      Yeah I’m due for an upgrade too. When It’s running slow and I look at my task manager, my ram is getting maxed out. Luckily I built this computer so I can just buy more. CPU is a Ryzen 5 and is barely sweating.

    There is a much simpler way to apply surface textures using blender. You can use a 2d drawing (mask) to emboss a surface. You can apply all kinds of surface textures.

    I've been into FDM 3D printing for a few years but now that I'm getting back into model railroading, you've pretty much convinced me it's time to get a resin printer. I've held back due to the odor and the more complex post processing, but to get decent details in N scale, I don't see any other way. Anyway, thanks for all the great videos! I'm drinking Green Mountain's Nantucket Blend with just a splash of half and half.

    I agree with Trackside Rail Productions, no coffee for me! But my beverage of choice is Dt. Mt. Dew. But love your videos!

    Jimmy I'm now experimenting with the native Hawaiian grown and roasted coffees. Have you considered putting your designs on a web sharing site that allows for charging. Cults is a good one. Many UA-camrs are using this method for a small income stream.

    SUBJECT idea: regarding 3D can you do a tutorial on printing from thingiverse or free sharing STL? It would be interesting to see how adapting another work would progess and the printed result.

    I have a lot of open space on my layout do you have any suggestions on what to do? The track is all done just finishing the town. There is too much open space. Also do you have some tips for painting building kits. Thanks!

    I'm as green as they come.
    Should go digging thru my Vinyls hotta be some "Pink Floyd " in There somewhere ,will that help.) Speaking of another brick in the wall... Have you or anyone come up with an arduino based smoke generator ?? That would be Kwel for Steam & Diesels. OH IV hooked to Costco Dark beam like my☕ VERY💪

    I want to build scale model oil refining units but the things I need just aren’t available. The next option is to make them using a 3D printer.

      I am really wondering if I need to go with DCC in N scale. I can run 3 trains at a time and to me that is a lot of activity. My big thing will be the polarity switching loops I will have at either end of the layout. The main focal point of the layout will be the refinery. Rail operations in large refineries are necessary. They haul away tons and tons of coke that goes to the steel industry. While most products are transported by pipe line rail is used for other specialty materials. Thanks you have given me things to think about.

    Off topic but I am guessing you have a family. Do they get access to your layout and get to operate it - albeit under supervision? Great videos. You're very blue this time.😀
