    I have been awakened since 2019, coming out of the Christian church where my wife is a minister. Our marriage was a little contentious even before the truth. I retained an attorney back in April, but I didn't file any paperwork in hopes of working it out. We have three teenage daughters that I love and I was trying to hang in there until they graduated high school, but after the last argument about a week ago I've decided that our relationship has ran it's course. This teaching has helped with my understanding because I was really torn. All Praises to the Most High for your teachings.

    If you said in the marriage lesson that a state recognized marriage is not Biblical marriage and we follow Biblical law, it sounds a bit contradictory to state that because of land laws today, a man can't have a Biblical marriage with more than one woman. I understand that he cannot land lawfully obtain multiple licenses, but if as you stated Adam and Eve didn't even need a witness other than He who Himself ordained their union, then do we need licenses or not?
    Just seeking clarification. Not advocating for nor against polygyny nor pagan government recognized marriages...

Is the marriage lawful or no? His nationality is not one mentiined in Deut. 7. Also, did Sistas write bill.of divorcement in Ezra 10? What about 1Esdras 8:69-70? I think it's the same. @40:51 He basically said if y'all both are walking in the Truth then he is no longer a gentile. IF he's not keeping the faith, regardless of nationality, he becomes a gentile. I know a sister married to a Chin ese and they're both in camp and raising their kids up as Israelites, and I know another sister married to a Irish man that's doing the same. The only thing difference is that some camps say that the Irish are actually Black (Judah) descendants as well.

    1 And it came to pass, that when Jesus had finished these sayings, he departed from Galilee, and came into the coasts of Judaea beyond Jordan;
    2 And great multitudes followed him; and he healed them there.
    3 The Pharisees also came unto him, tempting him, and saying unto him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife for every cause?
    4 And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female,
    5 And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?
    6 Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.
    7 They say unto him, Why did Moses then command to give a writing of divorcement, and to put her away?
    8 He saith unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it was not so.
    9 And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, ➡️except it be for fornication⬅️, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery.

      @gladyskirklon238 There's a reason why she can't. In America, the divorce rate is extremely high. In that rate, over 70% of divorces are initiated by the wife; when children are involved, it goes up to 90%. The point is that it's in a woman's nature to run when things aren't going right. This is why it can't be left to her if there's any hope of sticking together. This is akin to we as The Bride of our Messiah getting mad and frustrated to the point of sinning whenever we don't get our way. As such, we don't have the authority to divorce our Creator. Neither does a woman have the authority to divorce her man because she was taken out of him, for him. Besides, there is no divorce anyway; it's till death do you part.

      For the average American man to be compared to Yahuah as in how he treats His bride is laughable along with delusional. We are divorcing as we’re being disrespected, cheated on, abused, neglected, and usually carry most of the financial burden and the burden of almost exclusively the running of the household falls on our shoulders. You should watch the 1st part of this series where he breaks down the duties of the man and it clear to see that most of the American man fall short…. Waaaay short

      @@stolenhistory ...and yet, you still marry them. He was broke when you got with him. He was irresponsible, uneducated, spiritually poor, etc, and you still thought he was a good catch. There is a very severe price for women who choose the 'bad boy.' People can debate all they want about the circumstances in how they got married; but, you made a covenant with The One Who instituted marriage, in other words - the only reason you know about marriage is because of Him. Whatever loopholes you try to come up with in stipulations or marital vows, the scriptures say to 'let your yes be yes, and your no be no; anymore than this is idolatry.' It's till death do you part. Many people are going to Hell just on their marital status alone! You can't be repented if you're still in sin. You can't say, 'yeah, I was wrong for divorcing, but I'm forgiven now' while you're in bed with someone else.

Also, I haven’t read any scripture that if a woman were to divorce her husband and to remarry that it was an unforgivable sin? We should repent and ask for forgiveness with a pure heart and pure intentions to love Yah and to walk in righteousness

  • @auh2o148

    Seems awfully complicated. Brethren, remember, start at the end of a subject and work your way back to the beginning. And just like writing a proper essay, make sure the first and last sentences go together. In this case, the end is where the disciples commented on Messiah's charge saying, "If such is the case between a man and a woman, it is better not to marry." Now, they wouldn't have said that if there were ways to get out of the marriage. The fornication committed between 'married' people is during the engagement, and on the wedding night, the man finds out he's not getting a virgin. Then, and only then, can a divorce take place. If someone abandons you, you are not under the bondage of RESPONSIBILITY for them - but, you ARE still married until one dies. The Truth is much simpler. It's through man's hardness of heart that causes (unjustifiable) consessions, revisions, and annulments.

      @strikerm70 you have to study up on oriental and far eastern culture. Their ways explain things that are unknown in the west. As far as scriptures go, you must understand the heart of scripture, which is The Word. The whole book is showing us redemption and never forsaking us (those who are His). We see this in Hosea's story when he married and never divorced the prostitute. Besides, if divorce were allowed with all of these 'exceptions,' then Messiah died in vain. His death is how He 'divorced' us, like He said He would. He just used terms we could understand. His death freed us from the harlot label, but it also freed Him from being married to one. Now He's only returning for a pure and spotless Bride who has been found pure during this *engagement* period.
