Dee Nimmin do you have any issues or suggestions when you save your video and go back to it the files are deleted from your video when using Videoleap. Love the app but been having issues with that and contacted customer service via email and no response 🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️

Hey Dee I can't use the kinemaster app and m unable to edit my videos or pictures and can't even download the effects it any materials in the app due to Android 9.0 device I have Oppo A5 2020.
Reinstall everything and make sure you're getting it from the Google Plat store. Also, a system reset on the phone might be a good idea. Check your storage, is it full?
@@DeeNimmin I have 64gb storage and I still have 37.54gb left and m using oppo A5 2020 and it's not yet working for android 9.0 and yeah I'm using full version kinemaster link and still it shows me to just pay or I can't download in a no watermark one and m not allowed to even spend a single penny on the app or in any site or app cuz my parents don't trust due to scam issues around the world.

Did you get it from the Apple store? Try restarting your phone and reinstalling the app.
Dee Nimmin yeah got it from Apple store I’ll try restarting my phone. However I did just realize that it did save where I left off so not the biggest of issues. Also on this vid I noticed u swiped ur fingers to lengthen the timeline which was a game changer for me for fine tuning!! Good shit brother. Keep the tutorials for this one comin.

Thanks for the video, Dee! I have a question for you or anyone else that could answer it... Do you have any trouble with video leap loading after awhile? I have a video that's about 9 minutes long and the app will lag really badly as I'm editing. I'm not sure if its my phone, or the app, so I was wondering if anyone else encounters this problem?
What phone do you have? It could be an issue if it's an older iPhone, but if it's one of the newer ones, that would fall on Videoleap or the file format. What camera shot the video?
@@DeeNimmin I use an iPhone 7 for filming and editing. Its probably because its an older iPhone. Its a little better since I cleaned up my phone, I'm glad that its just an issue on my end so now I know that continuing to clean it up will help
Definitely could be your phone. I also have a 7 and can confirm many apps don’t run as smooth on that as they do on my XS or 11.
