Thank you for the nice comment! Those cats getting their hair done are really growing on me too. That's so funny your studio is in your garage too. What climate are you in?
@@lisaalexgrayartist Oh! I'm sorry you're having to paint that way. I expect the humidity in FL is awful too. I have one large standing fan but I also wear a personal fan around my neck 😓
I take it you don't have a basement living in Florida? I was thinking, 'surely someone can set her up a more spacious dedicated studio?" I live in the Midwest's tornado alley so we have them by default, yet I don't use mine because it's old and humid. My 'studio' if you can call it that is . . . my kitchen! That's mainly because I have easy access to water and the floor is tile, so if something spills it can be cleaned up easier that say, carpet(and it's a rental...trying to avoid losing my deposit). Though it would be nice to have a normal kitchen with a table and chairs and such. You're doing really good work for only having painted a year? And your 'first' painting was that good?? I'm impressed!
No basements. I grew up in the Midwest, so I definitely had a basement then and tornados (yikes). Sounds like you're doing your best to make it work in your kitchen. What we do for art lol. Thank you for your nice comments about my artwork. I really appreciate it.
@@jarlsoars1150 Okay, I have now. It's so funny, its almost like artwork recycles around and around again over time. It looks like there's a movie about him. I'm so watching it this weekend. Another quirky artist like me. I need to understand this guy. Thank you for letting me know about him.
I wish i could watch this tour of your studio but you move the camera and pan too quickly and often and it's giving me vertigo.....need to go 10x slower!! I slowed the speed to .25 and was still getting sea sick!
@@lisaalexgrayartist I've had the same problem when filming stuff I move around to keep up with my train of thought but then it's too disorientating to watch. :D
Lisa love your studio set up. I am a new subscriber and looking forward to your creations. ❤❤❤
Thank you so much! It works very well, even though the space is small. I appreciate your subscription and support 😄
Hi Lisa, I use my garage for a studio space too 😀 I love the cats at the beauty salon!

@@lisaalexgrayartist I'm in the Boston area and it's hot right now.
@@spillus38 How many fans do you have blowing on you while you work lol?
